Surrounded by 3000 square meters of a private, fenced garden, with private pool, with a spectacular view over the valleys and nature in the heart of Istria. Villa Krajcar is a beautifully furnished house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the ground floor.
The pool with sunbeds and sunscreen is directly under the outside dining table. A few steps from here there is a large stone fireplace and a barbecue. The garden is spacious and well kept, donating large shade trees.
The interior is beautifully decorated with beautiful stone elements. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an indoor fireplace. Parking is ensured on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
A small village Krajcar Brijeg is, located in the heart of Istria. All around are small roads that go to wonderful destinations, vineyards and excellent Istrian restaurants. The nearest beach is 25 minutes away from the villa. The nearest shop is located in 5 minutes from the house.
Throughout Istria, there are numerous beautiful beaches - for your pleasure, you can have a long pebble beach, a tranquil lagoon, or even a natural phenomenon like Kamenjak select (Rt Kamenjak the southernmost point of Istria, a peninsula with a beach is immersed in the sea, with a spectacular and pure overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the islands.)
The medieval villages in the interior parts of Istria, have a special spirit, with its narrow streets, stairways, old buildings, and of course the beautiful landscapes.
The city of Pula with a rich cultural heritage is just 30 minutes from Krajcar Brijeg. You will be amazed to see the old Roman architecture of the town center and the amazing ancient coliseum. During the Film Festival in Pula Colosseum is a great cinema under the stars, which creates a "once in a lifetime" experience.

Simply super
We were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every day. Everything you need is there and the outdoor area (pool, outdoor barbecue, dining areas) is just great for relaxing and spending quality time with family/friends
The pool is tiled differently than in the photos - it looks even better now. In addition, there is now a small playhouse and swing in the garden.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be
The location is also ideal for excursions, as many great destinations can be reached within 20-40 minutes
The landlords are on site and very nice - thank you for a lovely time.

This beautiful holiday home in an absolutely quiet location with a pool and garden for private use is absolutely amazing... For the landlords of this house, 5 stars are still not enough... starting with Leo, the older son of the grandmother, as well as the very nice parents... here you can only feel at home... I have never met such courteous and hospitable people... This house is top maintained and super clean... 1A! Every euro spent here is worth its penny... we will definitely visit this house again and recommend it to others! Thank you for this wonderful, perfect holiday!

Best decision ever.
There were 4 of us, we arrived 7 hours late due to traffic and were warmly welcomed. Such nice hosts! It couldn't have been better, a quiet environment almost without neighbors. Beautiful pool/garden, everything 100% clean and very well-equipped. Large TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Perfect for a relaxed vacation, to unwind. If you want to visit the surrounding cities, a car is essential! Otherwise perfect and HIGHLY recommended, also with children.

Beauty with flaws
It could be so beautiful with these possibilities:
Entrance - fireplace room approx. 25 sqm with
Transition into living room approx. 35 sqm with
Connecting to kitchen approx. 20 sqm
Connection to bedroom/bathroom and garden area.
Lovely thick walls bring coolness and... (more on that later).
Huge property with terrace (rustic large table and benches), open grill and pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Oh, and the absolutely sweet 2.8-year-old dog "Ben," he craves love and is neglected (lack of grooming) because he has to live outside (my daughter wanted to kidnap him).
(Where there is light, there is also shadow):
- Slightly spoiled (e.g., you can see a glued tray and a leather chew)
- Absolutely no mosquito nets on the windows (pests and crawling creatures)
- Not enough electrical outlets (e.g., one to charge the smartphone) Kitchen only one behind the counter) - and unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately Mold in the bedrooms: mildew on the beams and walls. It also smells from the cabinets! With open doors and use of the air conditioning, it is bearable, if you can stand it with just an open window plus Crawling creatures or closed windows and air conditioning. I do not know what 4 stars are worth in Croatia, but certainly not with mold. Therefore, in this "expensive season," I do not expect that and, despite understanding (management of a mother of two young children), I can still expect a little more!
- In conclusion:
After a renovation, absolutely recommendable, and I would definitely come back since the starting point for visiting all places in every direction is already "ideal."
