Dream holiday Wirzweli

This vacation home is simply a dream. It is lovingly furnished and lacks nothing. After 41 years of vacation home holidays, it definitely takes first place with us. And as the icing on the cake, there is the dreamlike Swiss landscape on top. We will definitely come back.

Everything is great.

The house is very beautiful and well-kept. The shutters are great, they actually make it really dark. Everything you need and more is there :) The host is very friendly and uncomplicated. The vacation was really nice. The place offers great opportunities for every taste. We hope we can come back again.

Very nice holiday home

The cottage is fully equipped to the toothpick, beautiful location, very quiet, ground level to walk in always sun or shade on the lawn no matter what time of day.

Very shoenes small house and place, we were a couple who rented the whole house for rest and recreation.... I 65, he 59.

(The house is a "bijou" on a dead end road with a small path next to it, and a stream, nestled in the hill with meadow and forest...grassy area with trees, great seating area. We came by car, but then either stayed up there to relax, or took the cable car down to explore other places, valley, Staans, Staanserhorn, Lucerne very close. Train station in Dallenwil. Clean modern train. Free pick-up service from BH to Dallenwil cable car station by phone. We always walked down to the station, Volg, or Beck, from Dallenwil cable car, goes steeply down along trottoir, mostly used free pick-up service. In Wirzwili, with at W/End a lot of hustle and bustle with children around cable car station, restaurant, toboggan run (Dad's love it!!!!), barbecue area etc. so good for families. But where house is you hear nothing. It's a 10 min walk from the cable car/children's facility/restaurant over a small hill to the house. Super appliance in kitchen, everything works and well equipped. Corner bench. TV good. Bed ok, and the nice darkness in the evening without artificial light was wonderful. Stars!!!!and good sleep!!!so quiet. No jets, bus..like our home. Kids room are nice but no desk so spielie, draw etc on floor upstairs in bedroom or at kitchen table. Very "Cosy and Gemutlich" furnished, with so many games for kids!!!even stuffed animal upstairs in bedroom with small sofa. 2 bathrooms one new downstairs with shower, and an older one with bath upstairs, good for children's baths. Nearby there is also another restaurant with terrace, and a cable car. You are at 1300m and it is an alp. You should not forget that. On cloudy days, down in the valley it is often sunnier and different. Perfect. Every season is different. The meadow flowers (June) were beautiful, also the cowbells in distance!!!!. Small self-service shop for frozen bread, and delicacies. All the people in the restaurant/cable car friendly. We will go again.

the name "Bijou" hits the nail on the head

We were 2 adults and a dog. The house is super. The property is on the edge of a holiday settlement. A stream flows right past the property and brings cooling even in very warm weather. The Wirzweli offers good gastronomy nearby and is ideal for hiking. The area is also very suitable for children. Shopping facilities are rudimentary. You should stock up well beforehand or eat out.
We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the Bijou.

Successful holiday experience

This is the right place for relaxation and hiking. Quite a charming bijou!!!
Friendly landlords, great location, cleanliness and equipment in the house deserve HUGE praise. We will come again if there is room.

Wellness Oasis

We traveled with a dog and small children. Everything was available (many games for all ages), even a lot of snow!
The location of this chalet, furnished with a lot of love, is unique! (At the end of a dead end). Highly recommended for everyone.

Beautiful quiet holiday home

The holiday home is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. It is lovingly furnished. The location is perfect for a quiet holiday. We found the house very clean. Mr. Bucher is an extremely friendly host. We can recommend the house at any time and will certainly not be there for the last time.

Cozy holiday home for families

We enjoyed our time in the holiday home Bijou very much! It is very cozy, clean and has everything you need. The beautiful garden with barbecue and seating area invites you to relax, while the little ones can play in the sandpit. We would love to come back!

Very cozy chalet in a natural location!

We enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful, well-kept chalet called "Bijou" which absolutely deserves its name. We were welcomed very friendly.
Everything was clean and in good condition. The natural location with the stream was relaxing.
We will definitely come back!

Top vacation home in a prime location

We stayed at this holiday home for the first time and felt very comfortable there. The holiday home is located very idyllically on a mountain with a view of the mountains and is very quiet and suitable for relaxation. The house is equipped with everything you need for a holiday there. We would like to thank our very friendly landlord, Mr. Bucher, for taking care of everything, providing information about the area and leisure activities. Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir durften das Ferienhaus Bijou bereits zum zweiten Mal mieten und es hat uns jetzt im Winter genauso gut gefallen wie letztes Mal im Frühling.
Das Bijou ist super gelegen, nahe bei der Bergstation Wirzweli und der Skilift ist ebenfalls in Gehdistanz.
Die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Wäsche ist ebenfalls vorhanden, Abfallsäcke stehen zur Verfügung, Schlitten dürfen benützt werden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Ferienhaus Top Sauber.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Toni und Chris für die wunderbare Woche die wir im Bijou verbringen durften.

exceptional holidays

Mr. and Mrs. BUCHER are very welcoming.
The chalet is of very high quality, over-equipped. Excellent bedding, modern kitchen, and a garden like a golf course!
The location is exceptional: quiet in a beautiful resort and very close to must-see places in the region. With 2 small children, we were able to visit without difficulty for example: Engelberg, Brünni, Lenzburg, Wilegg, Zurich, Weggis, Lucerne, Einsiedeln. And easy access hikes from the chalet without using a car.
Holidays with no weak points. Simply budget to plan for all the extras in general.

Haus Bijou zomer 2018

Schitterend gelegen op een plateau aan de rand van het vakantiedorpje Wirzweli. Haus Bijou is een aanrader. Fraai houten huis met een zeer complete uitrusting en een fantastische gril in de tuin. Het dorpje is zeer kindvriendelijk. Zeker doen; de cabrio lift naar de Stanserhorn naar het dal wandelen met een mooi uitzicht op de Vierwaldstättersee, de Rotairlift naar de Titlis bij Engelberg, wandeling over de Gummenalp Geo-weg boven Wirzweli.

5 Sterne für Bijou

Das Ferienhaus Bijou, am Ende einer Sackgasse an einem Fußweg gelegen, ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung an Inventar, technischen Geräten und Hausrat. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse, verschiedene Sitzplätze draußen und einen wunderbaren von Bäumen leicht beschatteten Garten. Es fehlt an nichts! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Ich kann diese Ferienunterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Bijou, Wirzweli

Es fällt mir schwer eine gute Bewertung zu schreiben, da ich angst habe alle werden dort ihren Urlaub verbringen und wir werden mühe haben weiterhin unsere Ferien in dem heimeligen gemütlichen schönen Bijou verbringen zu können! Nein, es ist wirklich ein schönes gepflegtes Haus und auch die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie sind auch immer bemüht das Haus/ Interieure in Stand zu halten. Top- Adresse!

14 Tage in wunderbarer Atmosphäre

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die wenigen Wanderer, die den Wanderweg hinter dem Haus nutzen, kann man an einer Hand abzählen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen das gilt auch für die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser.

Außengeräusche werden bei geschlossenen Fenstern fast komplett ausgeblendet. Der großen Garten und die ebenfalls große Terrasse bieten sich für ein entspanntes Faulenzen an.

Einziger Nachteil ist der Weg nach Wirzweli. Sowohl von Dallenwill als auch in der anderen Richtung über Ächerli. Wobei letzterer etwas besser zu fahren ist und die schönere Aussicht bietet.

Die Umgebung ist vor allem an den Wochenenden bei Wanderern beliebt, die sich aber meistens um den Bereich der Seilbahnen (Gummenalp und Wirzweli) aufhalten.

Wer Bergwandern mag für den ist dieses Haus bzw. dieser Ort geradezu ideal.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ferienhaus "Bijou", Wirzweli

Die Lage des Ferienhauses "Bijou" ist sehr gut (Nähe Gondelbahn / Freizeitpark) und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Sommer ist die Zufahrt auch mit dem Auto möglich.
Schöner grosser Garten mit Grillstelle und Bächli.

Einfach nur traumhaft schön :-)

Wir durften in der grossen Sommerhitze eine wunderbar schöne Ferienwoche im Bijou verbringen. Im und ums Haus fehlt es an Nichts und für Ausflüge ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder um das nächste Mal Wanderferien zu machen.
Vermieter äusserst nett und zuvorkommend (wir hatten fast ne Stunde Verspätung bei der Anreise - sorry nochmal)
