Our cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet top location in Norddeich, just a stone's throw from the Wellenpark and 600m from the beach.
The "Koje" offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The comfortable wicker chairs in the dining area invite you to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, water and egg boiler, toaster and microwave. There is also a Nespresso machine at your disposal. Coffee capsules are provided as a welcome gift.
The fresh North Sea air can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony.
In the living area, a comfortable corner sofa offers space to end the day in comfort.
The large flat-screen TV is a pleasure to watch. A "Wii game console", a Blue-Ray player and a stereo system with docking station are also available. For 'analogue' leisure fun, there are East Frisian detective stories and novels, a game collection and cards.
All rooms are equipped with partly electric shutters. On uncomfortable days, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.
Pure comfort is provided by the bedroom with built-in wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space and sufficient hangers. The beds are made upon arrival.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find another bedroom. Here you will find two single beds, a chest of drawers and also a flat-screen TV.
We are also happy to provide you with free baby equipment, consisting of a travel cot, high chair, children's crockery and cutlery.
For guests who do not want to miss the familiar comforts of home, we also offer a telephone with a landline flat rate and WLAN.
There is space for your bicycles in a separate storage shed; your e-bikes also have a power connection. A handcart is available for the little ones.
And you can leave your car in its own parking space..

Location and surroundings of object
The 'Koje' is so centrally located that you can quickly reach the beach or the 'Ocean Wave' adventure pool as well as all daily necessities, but can also enjoy your holiday away from the 'hustle and bustle' thanks to the quiet cul-de-sac location.
Discover the newly designed beach area. Enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea and the islands from one of the numerous benches or beach chairs.
You will find excursion possibilities in the surrounding area, including the big sea, visit Greetsiel with the twin mills, the Otto Tower in Pilsum, there are also many cycle paths or the holiday bus will take you along the coast for € 1.
The spa card is also valid at other parts of the beach.
