Description
The Strandlöper apartment has a large bedroom on the upper floor, which also offers space for a travel cot and an extra bed. A solid wooden staircase leads to the lower floor.
The living area has a cosy sofa bed with a sleep function
Meals can be taken in the dining area, or on the balcony if the weather is nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook for your loved ones to your heart's content
The separate bathroom with shower and toilet is bright and friendly. The flat was renovated at the end of 2016.

Location and surroundings of object
In our holiday flat 7, we offer North German flair, cosiness and, above all, direct proximity to the beach and pure nature. On-site care is provided by B&B Hausmeisterservice, so that all guests always have competent and friendly contact persons at their side, even in our absence.
Our FeWo Strandlöper is located in house 6 of the Achtern Diek holiday complex, which was built in 1995/96. The 8 houses have the typical thatched roofs and offer 8 accommodation units each. The holiday complex is secured by a barrier system and can only be entered by guests.
The holiday complex is idyllically embedded in nature, each house has a garden and is surrounded by old pine and birch trees. Only 60 metres from the resort, just behind the dyke, stretches the kilometre-long beautiful Baltic Sea beach and invites you to actively or passively relax. The landscape is unique with direct access to the national park . The nature reserve can be explored on foot or by bicycle and guarantees peace and relaxation.
To the north lies the dyke, which can be reached in a few minutes and has a well-designed kilometre-long cycle path, inviting you to active excursions in all weathers. If you don't bring your own bike, there is a bike rental shop nearby.
And if a little excitement is desired, you can easily get to the centre of Zingst on the bicycle dike in about 10 minutes, where cafes, bars, cultural events, etc. offer variety. Offer variety.

The tenant can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the tenant withdraws without naming a new tenant, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenditures, provided that re-renting is not possible: Up to 40 days before the start of the lease: 20% of the rental price. Up to 30 days before the start of the lease: 50% of the rental price. Later and in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We must truly be angels ;-)
Our holiday in Zingst in the above holiday flat was a complete success. The weather was perfect this week and the living conditions for my husband and me with our dog were very good
The location of the holiday complex directly behind the dyke is a little outside of Zingst in the direction of Müggenburg. To get to the village, it is advisable to have a means of transport (car, bicycle)
Flat no. 7 on the upper floor of house 6b is extremely lovingly and functionally furnished, the decor focus is on the sea, beach and shipping. On the upper floor is the bedroom for max. 3pers., as well as a wardrobe and various storage facilities. The living room, the open kitchen and the bathroom are on the lower floor of the flat.
The kitchen is really fully equipped: from cooking and eating utensils to a real fund of kitchen utensils, coffee machine (for which filters are already available), kettle, microwave up to spare rubbish bags, detergent, sponge, dishwasher tabs and more, everything is thought of
The bathroom is also well equipped (a place to put shampoo and soap in the shower would be nice) and has enough space for utensils. Here you will also find (clean) cleaning utensils. The hoover and other spare utensils can be found in the bedroom in a storage room under the sloping roof.
For people with limited mobility, the rather steep stairs in the flat - especially at night - are difficult, but the flat is not declared handicapped accessible.
TV, radio and WLAN worked perfectly, we did not use the CDs and DVDs provided.
We were greeted not only by the extensive guest folder, but also by 2 piccolo and 2 chocolate girls, thank you very much!
I would recommend this spotlessly clean flat without any ifs and buts. The contact before the holiday via e-mail was also very smooth and quick.

Great accommodation - highly recommended!
We spent almost two weeks in the accommodation in September and were completely happy. The atmosphere created by the thatched roof alone is great, the holiday resort, which borders directly on the national park, is very well-kept, as is the apartment. The (dog) beach is only a few steps away, which was an additional big plus for us with the dogs. Everything worked perfectly from our booking to the key handover.
We were already thrilled upon our arrival. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, so we cooked every day. Great! Even though the weather wasn't very favorable during our vacation, it wasn't a problem because the apartment really has everything you could wish for. The sofa is super comfortable (we liked it better than our own :) and invited us to reading, playing, and watching TV. Books, games, and DVDs/Blu-Rays are plentiful and diverse on-site; we could have practically left our own "material" at home. The sleeping area upstairs was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
We really enjoyed our time at the accommodation, were more than thrilled, and would definitely love to come back!

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in der Natur
We were thrilled. The apartment is located in the beautiful holiday resort "Achtern Diek" in close proximity to the national park. It is very tastefully furnished. Nothing is really missing. Everything worked perfectly from booking to key handover. We will definitely come back next year.

Beautiful short getaway
Very nice accommodation in a thatched house amidst old trees, parking right in front of the house and the beach very close. The apartment was clean, lovingly furnished, and equipped with everything, nothing was missing. Very nice, it was heated upon arrival and you immediately felt comfortable. Overall, a very nice short vacation to relax and unwind.
