Description
Our well-kept and child-friendly semi-detached house is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.
The holiday home is top and modern furnished for up to 4 people plus a small child on approx. 80 sqm living space
The dining area offers seating for up to 6 people.
The covered, wind- and view-protected terrace with beach chair is located in the completely fenced garden in southern exposure
For our little guests, we have a high chair (Tripp-Trapp), a fixed cot and a travel cot, as well as a trolley for trips to the beach and numerous toys.

The Nordseestern holiday home is located in a quiet play street in the immediate vicinity of the dyke
In the tranquil village, which consists mainly of holiday homes, you will find a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance (250 m), as well as restaurants, a bicycle rental and the indoor play park "Sturmfrei".
The 25000sqm sandy beach and the harbour are within easy walking distance along the salt marshes
Most guided mudflat walks through the Wadden Sea National Park start at the harbour and the ferries to the island of Baltrum leave from here.
The lively Norden/Norddeich, Bensersiel and the other North Sea islands are also within easy reach.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels, a cancellation fee will apply. This amounts to 20% up to 30 days, 40% up to 10 days before the start of the rental period, and thereafter 80% of the total rental price.

Beautiful short vacation
We wanted to take a short vacation at the German North Sea after many years and chose this holiday home based on the description on the internet. Conclusion after more than 30 years of holiday home experience: We were not disappointed. It is excellently equipped and very well maintained. The covered terrace is cozy, even in windy and damp weather. When we arrived, the beds were already made and a small welcome surprise was on the table. Communication was direct with the landlord via email, quick and without any problems. In short: Everything was perfect! Note: Nevertheless, next time it will be the Baltic Sea or a lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and then we will also return to the North Sea!

Super holiday home
Holiday home with everything you could wish for, very well equipped, especially toys for children are plentiful! Very clean!
We had great weather, so we could use the nearby beach at Nessmersiel harbour well and often, very nice playground for children

Cozy, well-maintained holiday home with garden
Nordseestern is an extremely pretty, very cozy, and practically furnished holiday home with a terrace and a small garden. The kitchen is very well-equipped, nothing is missing! Everything is very well maintained and clean. There is plenty of toys available for small children to play outside and inside. Two playgrounds are easily accessible from the house. A 20-minute walk will take you to the beach, where another great playground awaits the little ones. Perfect shopping opportunities in the village or in the surrounding towns. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and take-out food is also easily available. The landlords are very friendly and always helpful. We will gladly come back!
