Description
The house is let weekly from Saturday to Saturday. It´s a non-smoker-house. If you want to come during the summer, we recommend an early booking. The house which is 75 square metres big, has a big living-room with an open kitchen, wifi, satellite-television, closed chimney for romantic evenings. 2 sleeping-rooms, with a double-bed each, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing-machine. the kitchen has a dish-washer, refrigerator with freezer, oven with stove, microwave and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the lot.
The garden is 1400 square metres big and you share it either with the owner (who lives in the house next door) or nice guests in the other house if the owner is not there.
In the garden you find a hammock, basketball and a dart.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is only 600 metres away from the 13km long sandy beach called Mellbystrand. This beach is very nice for children, because the water is not deep in the beginning and it´s a bay.
If there´s a windy day, you can lie in the dunes.
In only some minutes you get to the beach by foot and don´t have to look for a parking.
In only 300 metres you reach shops, restaurants, massage-clinic and gym.
The salmon river is only 2km away, you can go fishing there or with a hired boat on the sea or on a lake.
I case you don´t want to bring your own bikes, you can rent a bike for about 10 euros a day.
In 500metres distance there a 3 jogging paths.
In 500 metres there´s a tennis-court too which you can rent for a little money.
4km to the big shopping-centre where you can check the Swedish fashion, go shopping or eat in the restaurant.
Before you get there, i send you a detailed information with a lots of tips for excursions and so on.
My guests usually say that you have to stay 2 weeks in order to do all which is offered in the surroundings: cannot, gokart, museums, festivals and much more.

Book a language-course with the translator Monika Hornig: in Swedish, German, French, Italian, Spanish or English for prefer relaxation-holidays? What about some yoga and meditation as Monia Hornig is a yoga-teacher as well and gives courses with original Indian haha-yoga. You can even combine with some courses in spiritual development (training of the intuition, the secret, healing, reading the cards like Madame Lenormand). Just let me know when you want to come.

very beautiful log cabin
very nice log house furnished with everything you could wish for as a holidaymaker, we were able to spend a successful week fishing there, Mrs Hornig is a very nice friendly woman - we would love to come back and can only recommend the house

I am a Sweden fan myself, came to Sweden for the first time when I was 10 years old, studied a semester abroad at Lund University (within my studies Spanish-Swedish with a degree in translation at Heidelberg University). After living in Stockholm for a while, I moved here 12 years ago because I think it's the most beautiful corner of Sweden. I love the large plots of land we have here on the beach, the large dimensions, the nature, the deer, moose, rabbits and squirrels that look in on the garden and the many possibilities you have here because there are three towns right nearby and they all have a lot to offer Now I have my language, yoga and esoteric school here on the most beautiful beach in Sweden.
