The beautiful flat JASMUND is centrally located in a side street, close to the sea and the old harbour of Sassnitz. Surrounded by the chalk cliffs in the background. The large property (1000 sqm), before a rarity in the urban development in Sassnitz, offers our guests parking and large well-kept garden with seating areas and sun loungers. Recently completely and lavishly renovated, our flat welcomes you with individual and loving furnishing and decoration. The coordinated colour scheme and stylish furniture radiate harmony and holiday joy. High-quality fitted kitchen with complete equipment offers you a lot of comfort during your holiday. From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. This allows you to dream of the far distance from your flat and watch the ships. The neighbouring Hotel Rügen invites you (for a fee) to the sauna and indoor swimming pool. And on the 8th floor with a magnificent view of the sea and the city, you can have breakfast even if you are not a hotel guest.
You can eat very well in the spa hotel only a few metres away from our house.
Shopping facilities, a pharmacy, breakfast cafés and a bakery are just around the corner.

Directly in sassnitzIn the east of the island of Rügen, directly by the sea, lies the beautiful holiday resort of Sassnitz - the first Baltic seaside resort on the island of Rügen. The steep coast, the nearby beaches, the longest outer pier in Europe (1440 m) and the many restaurants at the harbour, as well as the Jasmund National Park with its magnificent forests and many hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax. The traditional fishing port is the largest on Rügen and gives Sassnitz a unique Baltic Sea flair. The submarine and fishing harbour museum is just a few minutes' walk away. The old town of Sassnitz will enchant you with its spa architecture and proximity to the sea. The 118 m high Königsstuhl is 3 km away. The ferries from Mukran (4 km) allow you to take a trip to Sweden, Lithuania and Poland. The Granitz hunting lodge (14 km) offers a magnificent view and many hiking routes through the Granitz. Enjoy the sophisticated life in Binz (8 km) along the promenade. Störtebeker Festival on Rügen in Ralswick will take you back to the time of the pirates and let you dream about the historical times and immerse yourself in the Baltic Sea sagas.

Tasteful and solid
The flat is tastefully but compactly furnished. For 3 -4 people, the second bathroom facilitates the daily routine. Furniture is stylish and partly of high quality. Storage space is scarce but sufficient. Everything is very well maintained. The distances to the bakery, supermarket, harbour and restaurants are very short. If you are looking for the beach, you have to drive. If you want to feel the Baltic Sea, you can get to the water in 5-10 minutes. I can only recommend the flat and would stay here again.

Cozy home for 1 week
Someone has a knack for interior design and color that guarantees a cozy factor. Very cute apartment, not big but has everything you need. Quick response to the inquiry, uncomplicated reservation process was the perfect start to our vacation. Central location allowed us to leave the car in the reserved parking spot and explore everything on foot. We would love to come back and can only recommend this accommodation!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung
Value for money is top. The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very spacious and stylishly furnished with high-quality furniture. The balcony is great. Conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Friendly landlords.

Urlaub
The holiday apartment was very nicely furnished but situated on a busy street. Around the corner, there was a construction site which made the noise even louder. Unfortunately, one had to drive to the beach, as swimming was not possible at the marina. Shopping options and a pharmacy were just around the corner, and we highly appreciated the beautiful old town of Sassnitz. Also, there were many great excursion destinations for families with and without children.

wir bedanken uns, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben einige nette Worte zu unserer Ferienwohnung zu schreiben. Ja die gerade im Frühjahr komplett sanierte Wohnung JASMUND mit
2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Meerblick und Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön und auch sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Bei der Sanierung sind auch alle Fenster mit schallgedämmter Verglasung eingebaut worden, damit man auch von allen normalen Geräuschen einer Stadt ferngehalten wird. (wie z. B. vor dem Gesprächen auf dem Hof, auf dem Bürgersteig, in dem großen Garten oder von den großen Balkonen welche jede der 6 Wohnungen besitzt).
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Meerfamilienhaus in einer Nebenstraße. Falls man zu Hause ländlich wohnt, oder am Rande einer Stadt, dann ist eine zentrale Lage in einer Stadt immer etwas lauterer als man es vielleicht gewöhnt ist.
Dafür profitiert man von der super Lage mit vielen Kaffees, Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Rügener Galerie - Fußgängerzone. Und auch der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Meer und am Hafen. Dieses haben unsere Gäste auch als sehr angenehm kommentiert.
Wir selber waren in der Zeit auch 1 Woche im Urlaub.
Davor und auch danach konnten wir keine Baustelle in der Nähe unseres Hauses/Grundstücks entdecken. Also es müsste wohl eine sehr kleine und plötzlich aufgetretene Baustelle sein.
Die verträumte Altstadt von Sassnitz direkt am Meer bezaubert wirklich jeden Gast mit Ihrem mediterranen Flair.
