Description
The flat in Haus Süssling is located on the ground floor of the house - it is a maisonette flat in modern standard, has a separate entrance - with its own terrace in the garden, It is approx. 40 m2 in size and designed for 2 - 3 people -ideal for couples with a child.
On the ground floor is the living room with a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a couch set, satellite TV and a dining area with 4 chairs.
On the upper floor is the bedroom with a double bed and another bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and window.
In the house you can use our free wifi and in the garden you will find a barbecue area for our guests
A note for allergy sufferers:
The flat is tiled, the bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers. Smoking is not permitted - non-smoking house!
The beach is approx. 450m away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You will find a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no neighbouring traffic - the sandy beach and the Bodden are within easy walking distance. kGlowe has a particularly attractive location between the Bodden and Rügen's longest sandy beach. Everyone gets their money's worth here: fishing, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc. are all possible right on your doorstep

Familienurlaub
The holiday apartment is advertised as a family-friendly apartment, perfect for families with one child. Our child is 2 years old, and we spent the entire vacation afraid that he might hurt himself. The reason for this is the unprotected staircase leading directly to the bedroom. Forget about alone time as a couple here, unfortunately, there is no door separating the living room from the bedroom. The bathroom is adequate but attached to the bedroom. also bad when the child is already asleep and you still need to shower or go to the toilet. The kitchen does not have an oven, which we found very unfortunate. There was not even a hand soap available in the bathroom upon arrival, and there was only a partially used roll of toilet paper. Additionally, it would greatly improve the bathroom if the toilet brush is replaced and a toilet deodorizer is placed in the toilet. Otherwise, an unpleasant smell of urine and public toilets spreads in the bathroom. We generally missed the things that one needs in everyday life (coffee filters, dish soap, sponges...) because we were used to it from previous accommodations. The kitchen is equipped with only one pan and 3 pots, rather minimal for our taste. Overall, we found the accommodation lacking a bit of coziness; a blanket on the sofa would have been very nice, for example. All in all, we had a nice holiday, but it was less due to the accommodation. We preferred spending our days elsewhere. You can only access the terrace through the front door, and unfortunately, there is no view of the garden here either. Value for money, unfortunately, not satisfactory... around 60€ per person/night is personally too much for the comfort provided here. For couples a nice accommodation for sure, unfortunately absolutely not suitable for families with small children.

Schönes Appartement
