Description
The flat in Haus Süssling is located on the ground floor of the house - it is a maisonette flat in modern standard, has a separate entrance - with its own terrace in the garden, It is approx. 40 m2 in size and designed for 2 - 3 people -ideal for couples with a child.
On the ground floor is the living room with a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a couch set, satellite TV and a dining area with 4 chairs.
On the upper floor is the bedroom with a double bed and another bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and window.
In the house you can use our free wifi and in the garden you will find a barbecue area for our guests
A note for allergy sufferers:
The flat is tiled, the bed linen is suitable for allergy sufferers. Smoking is not permitted - non-smoking house!
The beach is approx. 450m away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You will find a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no neighbouring traffic - the sandy beach and the Bodden are within easy walking distance. kGlowe has a particularly attractive location between the Bodden and Rügen's longest sandy beach. Everyone gets their money's worth here: fishing, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc. are all possible right on your doorstep

Familienurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung wird als eine familienfreundliche Wohnung angepriesen, perfekt für Familien mit einem Kind.
Unser Kind ist 2 Jahre alt und wir hatten den gesamten Urlaub Angst, dass er sich womöglich umbringt. Grund hierfür ist die ungesicherte Treppe, welche direkt ins Schlafzimmer führt.
Zeit als paar kann man hier auch vergessen, es gibt leider keine Tür, die das Wohnzimmer vom Schlafzimmer trennt. Das Bad ist ausreichend, jedoch ans Schlafzimmer angeschlossen..auch schlecht wenn das Kind bereits schläft und man noch duschen oder auf Toilette muss.
Die Küche besitzt keinen Backofen, was wir sehr schade fanden. Im Bad stand zur Anreise nicht einmal eine Handseife zur Verfügung und es war nur eine angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier da. Außerdem würde es das Bad ungemein aufwerten, wenn man einmal die WC Bürste austauscht und einen Klostein in die Toilette hängt. Anderenfalls breitet sich im Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Urin und öffentlicher Toilette aus. Uns persönlich fehlten allgemein die Dinge die man im Alltag eben so braucht (Kaffeefilter, Fit, Schwämme…), weil wir es von vorherigen Unterkünften anders gewohnt waren. Die Küche ist mit sage und schreibe einer Pfanne und 3 Töpfen ausgestattet, ehr mager für unseren Geschmack. Insgesamt fehlte es uns in der Unterkunft ein wenig an Gemütlichkeit, eine Decke auf dem Sofa wäre zum Beispiel sehr schön gewesen.
Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht, was aber weniger an der Unterkunft lag. Lieber haben wir die Tage woanders verbracht. Die Terrasse erreicht man nur über die Haustür, einen Blick in den Garten braucht man hier leider auch nicht zu erwarten.
Preisleistungsverhältnis, leider nicht zufriedenstellend…rund 60€ p.P./Nacht ist mir persönlich für das was einem hier an Komfort geboten wird zu viel.
Für Paare sicher eine nette Unterkunft, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern leider absolut nicht geeignet.

Schönes Appartement
Im September letzten Jahres haben wir dort einen Urlaub verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen.
