Beach Villa Amor set on the beach can accommodate a max of 14 people, with sea and island views offers:
Outside area: private 36m2 swimming pool, luxury lounge seats next to the pool, sun deck area with outdoor barbecue, dining area, and sun deck chairs, 2 parasols.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area with sea views and an exit toward the outdoor dining area, gym, toilet, and playroom with Play station. There is a total of 7 bedrooms, all are air-conditioned and with en-suite bathrooms with shower, 6 of them have a balcony with sea and island views. 4 bedrooms are with double beds, 3 bedrooms are with 2 single beds, and there are 2 sofa beds each for 1 person added in two bedrooms. There is a possibility to use a sofa in the living room.

Due to Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature: walking paths, hiking, and cycling trails, a stay in Stara Podstrana, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports at the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
This villa is a perfect choice for families or friends vacationing on the beach where you can try it all or just enjoy and experience your private part of the Adriatic Sea.
Beach Villa Amor is located in Podstrana the most beautiful part of the Dalmatian coast, at the beach between the famous town Split (8 km to the center) and the small town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation and very friendly host Ivana, you can also experience a well organized active holiday. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), seaport (8 km), local bus station (100 m), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (20 km). Golf and Tennis courts are only 4 km far from the villa.
