The villa Cecilia is modern villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces settled on a land plot of 900 sqm and offers a total of 390 sqm living space. Located in Podstrana above a coastal road in a very quiet area at the most beautiful part of the Dalmatian coast, only 250m from beautiful Podstrana pebble beach, several shops, and restaurants also. Between famous town Split (8 km to center) and small-town Omiš and Cetina river (15 km) where besides nature’s abundance, comfortable accommodation, and very friendly host, you can also experience a well organized active holiday (rafting, zip-line, riding horses, trying water sports...and more).
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: Split airport (30 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km), and the motorway (18 km), golf and tennis courts only 4km far from the villa.
* The outdoor area offers a private pool 9m x 3,5m (32 sqm) with a hydro massage, 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area next to the pool, a lounge area in front of the living room, and a covered outdoor dining area with traditional barbecue and a TV.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. * The lower ground floor offers a Gym with a Treadmill, a punching bag, weights, a yoga ball, a TV, A/C, a Finnish sauna, and a shower.
* The first floor offers a bedroom No2 with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and pool views. A Bedroom No 3 with double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower and views on the landscape and the sea. A Bedroom No4 with double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with lounge corner and views on the pool and the sea.
The whole property is fenced and offers 1 garage space and a parking lot for 3 cars on the private property that is equipped with surveillance cameras for your safety.
