These two modern holiday flats on the 1st and 2nd floor of a quietly situated house are only about 500m away from the sandy beach of "Pretty Bay". The living space is about 120m².
The spacious kitchen/living room is air-conditioned and has a TV as well as a comfortable and inviting lounge area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and all cookware. The washing machine is also located here.
Three bedrooms are available: 2 with a double bed each, one of which has its own WC. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Two additional persons or children can sleep on a sofa bed.

Location and surroundings of object
The municipal area of the small port town with almost 11000 inhabitants comprises the southeastern tip of Malta. The place name translates from Maltese as "olive well".
The artificially heaped up sandy beach of Pretty Bay has made Birżebbuġa a popular seaside resort, while the location on Marsaxlokk Bay also characterises the town: Maltese fishing boats lie in the harbour alongside pleasure boats and on the other side of the harbour are the ocean-going ships of the free port, which, with the container terminal, has become one of Malta's most important transshipment points.

The fishing village of Marsaxlokk with its colourful luzzi (fishing boats) and the big Sunday market are only a few kilometres away. Direct bus connections to Valletta (approx. 13km), as well as to Marsaxlokk - bus stop away.

Very good
Nice, big, few minutes to the beach, shops for daily needs also only few minutes away. Ideal with school children and toddlers. Air conditioning/ cooling available. We would like to come back again!

Beautiful Apartment and a lovely place to be !
Brilliant
From start to finish this was a lovely place very clean and the owners were 2 of the nicest and helpful people we met on the island, The apartment is very spacious and. Has all you need in there. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking at staying in a self catered place. Thank you for a lovely holiday
