Suite 1 (approx 70m²) is on the first floor (lift available) and consists of two spacious areas - the internal bedroom and ensuite bathroom, as the external kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the "Upper Barrakka Gardens" with a lateral view of the Grand Harbour.
This suite has sumptuous frescoed ceilings which have been expertly restored by a team of professional restorers. The authentic structural features twin elegantly with the modern furnishings of oak and white veneers. The internal sleeping area is very isolated and quiet. The bedroom is peaceful and sophisticated, and we used a soft aesthetic to balance out the bold ceiling fresco. The ensuite is generously proportioned and contains all the bath essentials.
It is the perfect escape place and a great quiet zone for a soothing shower. In addition, the thick, velvety bath towels and bathrobe will make you feel luxuriously pampered. The external living space, while also tranquil, enjoys plenty of natural light and views onto a very charming street in Valletta. Flat-TV available. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities for all your meals (toaster, kettle, Lavazzo coffee machine, microwave, fridge etc.) The contemporary design of the kitchen and the dining room blends seamlessly with the architecture, and there is plenty of work and storage space.
The living room is a great antidote after a busy day sightseeing or a day at the beach. This space has a very comfortable sofa, vintage Girolamo Gianni etchings in sleek frames and a very soft aesthetic to help visitors unwind. Robert, the owner, was born in Malta and speaks Maltese, English, Italian and French will be happy to give you advice and information about places to visit and things to do during your stay, also the restaurants in the area that are worth a visit.

This stylish 18th century townhouse is situated near the walls of St. Peter and St. Paul above the Grand Harbour with views of the Three Cities, Senglea, Vittoriosa and Cospicua. Nearby is also the Auberge de Castille, whose impressive buildings also contain the offices of the government and the Prime Minister.
From the house you also have a view of the most beautiful and largest garden in Valletta, the "Upper Barrakka Gardens" - a recreational park, also built in the 18th century, with a wonderful view of the magnificent natural harbour as well as of the town houses of Valletta worth seeing - of which Lloyd House is one.
Valletta, the capital of Malta, is an absolute must for anyone travelling to Malta. The city is the smallest capital city in the EU in terms of area and, apart from its impressive architecture, has so many sights to offer that you should plan several days for this. The Maltese also call Valletta il-Belt, which means "the city". The impressive city is located on a promontory called Monte Sciberras. This is enclosed by the two largest natural harbours in the Mediterranean.
Just a stone's throw away - and you are in the beautiful old town of Valletta with its many sights and shops as well as the 12km long city walls. Bus station about 5-10 min walk.

Cancellation terms:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival day. If the customer declares his/her withdrawal even later or does not travel at all, a compensation of the total invoice amount is due. In all other cases of non-arrival or early departure, no refund of the lease rate paid is made.
