Description
The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the front part of the Residenz Binz and faces southwest with a view of the romantic Schmachter See, not far from the town center and the Baltic Sea beach.
This beautiful 52 sqm apartment is comfortably furnished and has its own special charm. It is spread over 2 levels (6 steps), is suitable for allergy sufferers (unfortunately, pets are not allowed), and offers space for three people. The large living-dining area with the pull-out couch and the swivel TV armchair offers an ideal place for relaxing hours. You can expect a large HD 46-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi (internet access).
The spacious kitchen is integrated into the bright, friendly living area; from there you have access to the furnished balcony with a wide view. The bedroom is located in the step-free tower, from which you can enjoy a view of part of Lake Schmachter. There is space for a third sleeping option there.
Another guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
All windows are equipped with shutters.
There is a free parking space for one car. Your electric car can be charged on the property at wall boxes.
You can store your bicycles in your own lockable, ground-level storage room. Charging is available for 2 batteries. The bicycle rack can also be adjusted.
On the adjacent lawn there is a small playground with seating and a grill.
The holiday apartment offers plenty of literature about Rügen, as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. You will be surprised at all that the island of Rügen has to offer. Other reading material and games are also available.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

The holiday flat is in a quiet and central location. On a short way you can reach the forest of the Granitz and you are in nature with a beautiful large forest stand, mainly of beech trees.
If you would like to enjoy the hustle and bustle, you will find nice shops, restaurants, cafes and the streets with the beautiful old houses and villas of the seaside resort architecture about 200 metres away.
The island of Rügen, with the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz, has something to offer everyone in every season thanks to its diversity.

| Additionally for the 3rd guest 15,00 €/night. The Ostseebad Binz would like to charge 2.80 € per day and guest for the spa tax all year round, children up to 3 years do not pay the spa tax. The holiday flat is at your disposal from 4 pm. Departure should be swept clean by 10 am. There is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. The flat is suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed. You can park your car on the property free of charge. Linen packages (bed linen, towels, bath towel, bath mat and kitchen towel) can be booked for a fee of € 15.00 per person. There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the house. |
Cancellation terms:
If travel to Rügen is not permitted during your booking period due to Covid-19, you can cancel free of charge. Guests who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 14 and 60 days before arrival, they get 50% back. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. If it is possible to find another tenant for the same period and under the same conditions, only a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. Any rent amounts already paid beyond this will be refunded.

You can store your own or borrowed bicycles in your own lockable storage room, which can be accessed at ground level. There is also space for the bicycle rack. A charging facility (220 volt sockets) for bicycle batteries is available.

nice clean holiday home
The location is great, the bakery is around the corner, and the larger supermarkets are within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The area is quiet and there is a lot to see on Rügen. We had a wonderful holiday week.

Very beautiful
We felt very comfortable in this apartment. Everything needed was available. Short distances to run errands. The bakery is just around the corner.

Super vacation rental in Binz
We have been to Rügen several times, but this was our first time in Binz.
The holiday apartment left nothing to be desired; everything was available and well explained.
The location was great, quiet on a side street yet central.
Everything was quickly accessible, especially the bakery around the corner.
We were well and timely informed by the landlord.
We would gladly come back to this holiday apartment and can recommend it to any vacationer.

Once again Binz
This beautiful apartment in the Residenz Binz has been our accommodation on Rügen several times.
We have already met several holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea and especially on Rügen, but here we feel most comfortable and we will definitely be guests here many times.
Everything is there that is needed, the furnishings are practical and of good quality.
Here you can occupy yourself with one of the many available games in the apartment if the weather is not perfect, or simply relax.
The landlord is available if needed and well represented by the service company on site.
