Description
The approx. 60 m² holiday flat for 2 people + extra bed (sofa bed) in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz is modern and friendly!
The living room is spacious and invites you to relax with a large leather couch. A TV with the usual programmes is also available. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooker with extractor bonnet, an oven, dishwasher and much more.
In the bedroom there is room for a double bed and a wardrobe as well as a children's travel bed. This can be provided on request.
A cosy terrace with seating and barbecue facilities is also included. There is also a swing set with slide for children to use! A parking space is also at your disposal.
Non-smokers (smokers can use the terrace) and pet-free!!!

Unbeatable location
This vacation rental is simply perfect. Netto, Rossmann, KIK, and the train station are less than 5 minutes away. Netto is even open on Sundays. On Sundays, there is a bakery towards the roundabout. The beach is also easily accessible on foot. Even barefoot for barefoot lovers (like us). All paths are very well maintained and clean. In short, very central yet very quiet and secluded from traffic and tourism. The landlords are very helpful. Upon request, a very good high chair, baby cot, and grill were purchased. Prompt assistance was also provided when asked for an Allen key. Unfortunately, the wellness shower was damaged before and replaced with another one. However, the new one also has a very good shower head. The only flaw is the wardrobe, which is large but has almost no compartments. Upon our feedback, we were informed that this may be changed in the future. The swing and slide were a highlight for our little one, she never passes by without using them ;)
Another advantage is that the shared door cannot close on its own as there is also a handle from the outside. Inside, there is an additional bolt for locking at night. We usually left the door open when we were around, as it is not visible from any side and "theft" is not possible due to the one-sided access as long as you are on the property. Simply perfect.
There is also space available for borrowed bicycles.
