This spacious and modernly furnished flat is located on the ground floor of a newly built house and is ideal for 4 people. The tasteful furnishings meet high standards and leave nothing to be desired. In addition to a living room with a fully equipped, integrated kitchen and a dining table, you will find a high-quality bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two separate single beds. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is a great place to relax.

You can park your car directly at the house, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.
