Description
Welcome to this beautiful detached holiday home for 6 to 8 people. It is quiet in a cul de sac, on a fenced ground.
The house has three bedrooms:
- Two bedrooms with double beds (each mx m).
- One bedroom with two single beds ( mx m and x m) and a desk corner.
On request, a cot can still be built.
The spacious living room has a dining area and a seating area with a sofa bed, which can be possibly used for two additional persons (extended 1,40 mx 2,00 m). There is also a fireplace and satellite TV with Blu-ray player.
The kitchen is equipped with a four gas stove with oven, a refrigerator and a small under-counter dishwasher. Additionally still various kitchen appliances available: kettle, coffee machine, hand blender / Pürrierstab, toasters, waffle irons and electric grill.
There are two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and the guest on sink and toilet.
The house also has a large porch and a garden with lawn, also an outdoor sink and an outdoor shower. It features a garden table, eight cushioned garden chairs, four padded sunbeds and a parasol available. There is also a small inflatable children's wading pool.
You can use two parking spaces directly at the house.
It is a Non smoking, smoking is available, the large outdoor patio.

The sea, with extensive sandy beach is about km away and can be reached on foot.
The nearest supermarket, a small shopping center with bakery, supermarket, beverage market, hairdresser and several other shops, including diverse restaurants and Internet Café, located about 300 meters away and is also easily accessible on foot.
Behind, Ca. 500 m from the house, is the nearest small harbor where you can rent pedal boats.
More internet cafes can be found scattered throughout the city, from the beach until the end. A large shopping and entertainment center located on the main street towards the beach.
After about kilometers you will reach a skydiver center (also with wind tunnel Tunnel) and tennis courts.
