The house at Lake Kiasjön is unparalleled with its good furnishings, situated directly above the lake and the associated fantastic view, this holiday home is certainly one of the best holiday homes Sweden has to offer. The cosy and snug holiday home has a 25 sqm living room equipped with a sofa set, glass cabinet and sideboard. The spacious terrace in front of the living room extends the living area outdoors in fine weather. In the living room you will also find the fireplace which can heat the whole house. So even on cooler days the cosy effect is guaranteed with a ceiling height of 2 m in the living room. Of course, you will also find a flat screen TV with all the usual German programmes. The holiday home is designed for 4 people and so you will find two sweet bedrooms that will surely offer you a relaxing sleep with so much nature. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The house has a kitchen-living room with everything a self-caterer could wish for to spend a nice holiday without too much effort, including a dishwasher, of course. The beautiful large dining table invites you to eat or for cosy game evenings. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the bathroom with another small highlight, a beautiful corner bathtub big enough for 2 people, from which you can look out over the nature of the adjacent meadow and forest. In addition, the holiday home has a second terrace facing south-east, which is ideal for your breakfast brunch. With so much beautiful nature, it is doubly delicious. Of course, you will find the appropriate garden furniture on the terraces. This holiday home can also be rented in winter. And you will find a beautiful sauna next to the holiday home from which you can enjoy the view of the lake. The sauna is electrically heated and has a small changing room. In addition, you will find electric heaters in all rooms of the house and should there be more mosquitoes, you will find the appropriate protection in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The holiday home is located on a natural plot of 2500 sqm without any neighbours. What more could you want than a holiday home in a secluded location, its own bathing area and a boat for fishing and exploring.
It is situated in the middle of Småland on the small peninsula KIANÄS. A small private road leads you to this peninsula of 1 square kilometre which is surrounded by the lake Kiasjön with its 200 ha
The nearest village Fagerhult with small shopping facilities is 10 minutes away. And for more civilisation, excursions to the towns of Växjö or Oskarshamn, which are about 70 km away, are a must. Or you can start to explore the favourite island of the Swedes, Öland, which you can reach in about 1 hour. Here you can decide whether you want fine sandy beaches in the north or nature and cute little houses in the south. The house offers a good starting point for all your wishes for a nice relaxing holiday.
