Description
The log cabin "Biberbau", newly built in 2016, makes all Swedish dreams come true. The house is only 100 m from Lake Kiasjön, which you can see from the terrace. A paradise for every holidaymaker who likes to swim, fish or go boating on the lake or simply enjoy the nature on the beautiful terrace. The modern holiday home has appropriate and fresh furnishings. Small but nice extras like dishwasher and washing machine are a matter of course. There is also a large living-dining area with a great modern fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. In the holiday home there are two bright and beautiful bedrooms with comfortable double beds in which you will surely have a deep and relaxing sleep. The bathroom has a spacious ground-level shower and plenty of space, with direct access to the beautiful sauna. In the house you will find a modern air heat pump that heats on colder days and cools in the beautiful Swedish summer. And for the cooler evenings you will also find a fireplace with a window. This is how you imagine cosy holidays. A large flat-screen TV with all the usual German programmes will keep you up to date while you are on holiday. But there is surely nothing better than enjoying a cosy breakfast or a barbecue on the spacious terrace or reading a book in the beautiful lounge corner. All in all, a house with all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday in Sweden awaits you here.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Biberbau" is located by the lake Kiasjön on the Kianäs peninsula, in the middle of the beautiful region of Smaland. This holiday home is situated on a square metre forest plot with a few holiday homes that are out of sight. Fagerhult, the nearest small town, is only about 10 minutes away by car. And should you feel like getting closer to "civilisation" again, you will find a good starting point from here to explore the glass kingdom, or to stroll through the beautiful town of Växjö, which is about 1 hour's drive away. Or you can start an excursion to the sunny island of Sweden, Öland, which is about 1 hour away, but definitely worth a trip. On the way there, you can stop off in Kalmar and visit the castle and the old town, which are really worth seeing.
Here at your holiday home, a small path leads to the lake with the boat and bathing jetty belonging to the house.
The rowing boat also belongs to the house and is waiting for you and invites you to go fishing or for a leisurely trip on Lake Kiasjön. As described above, the holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. And should you still have any wishes, our service office is at your disposal. Here you can pick up your rented bikes for a nice excursion, e.g. to Haukes Glas, a small glassblowing workshop in the middle of the forest with special ideas for glassblowing. In the service office you can also get motors, wifi, wood, etc. as well as all the information you need for a relaxing holiday in Sweden.

Pure relaxation
Rowed daily, sauna daily, complete privacy and tranquillity inside and out, especially on the well-equipped terrace! Friendly, functional IKEA furnishings. Big TV screen, lots of German channels - that was good for election coverage. Warmth throughout the house, cosiness through use of the fireplace. Mushroom connoisseurs would have had their fun.
