The Villa Istra Bianca was completed in spring, 2014.
This generously sized property is located approximately km east of Funtana - km south-east from Porec and 4 km from the beaches and Zelena- Plavalaguna - in the beautiful small town Fuskulin.
The villa can be found on the eastern outskirts of Fuskulin on a 2200 m2 large, south-facing plot, no direct neighbors, with splendid view over an olive grove, the pastures and beautiful wooded hills.
Of the large attic terraces offer stunning views towards the sea horizon in Funtana - behind the house is a historical church Fuskulin seen.
The Villa Istra Bianca consists of a West and an Osthaus - the same mirror image. Each can be preferably rented separately each for 6 + 1 persons or together for 12 + 2 persons.
Each house is completely self-sufficient and independently conceived by others so that the case of separate rent the privacy of each tenant is guaranteed. However, both houses can be rented together, so as to be the desire for a common accommodation for up to 12 +2 persons' needs.
When renting both houses can be created as needed by opening a passage to the terrace, an open total area.
The lower southern part of 2200 m2 land available to tenants of both houses together available.
The villa is very tastefully decorated and due to their excellent location and proximity to the sea and to the surrounding picturesque villages a guarantee for a truly unforgettable holiday.

Cancellation terms:
In case of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited in favor of the landlord. In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, we will retain 60% of the rental amount, thereafter it will be 80% of the total amount. However, we make an effort to find a replacement renter - if this is successful, apart from a reimbursement for expenses incurred, the payment made will be refunded. To avoid possible financial disadvantages due to a cancellation, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
