Perfect holiday home not only for a short getaway
The holiday home accommodates 4 people (2 bedrooms with TV), WiFi, different living areas (a reading gallery at the top, below it the kitchen with dining area, and further down the seating area with a large TV. A very spacious shower room (with towel radiator) and a winter garden with additional seating complete the living spaces. The kitchen equipment is comprehensive, and the furniture is of high quality and tasteful. The location in the Marquesa urbanization on Montgo above Denia offers a lot of tranquility, away from the urban "beach hustle and bustle" yet with quick access to the urban amenities. We had sunny weather throughout with temperatures between 25° at the beginning of November and 16° at the end of December. You can follow the sun from the back to the front terrace during the day. We only used the fantastic (unheated) pool at the beginning due to water temperatures (starting at 19°, later only 15°). The property is completely fenced for security, with a lockable garage for a car or bikes/eBikes. There is a separate room for the gas heating system and a washing machine. In addition, the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room can be heated with the inverter air conditioning units. During our stay, this was only necessary in the evenings in December, and the gas heating was not needed at all. Perfect for sporty people: Mastering the partly steep cycle routes from Denia! From the house, you can directly access the mountain hiking area on Montgo with a short walk. The house is only partially wheelchair accessible due to the various steps and stairs. In addition to the beautiful property, the comprehensive personal service of the landlords is noteworthy! And a very friendly neighbor on the right who likes to leave some of his garden fruits on the wall! For us, a perfect place for a quiet and sunny winter vacation! And the price is right too!

We were in Denia for the first time. The care provided by the Pickel family was top-notch from the beginning. The holiday home was a dream. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was available. We will definitely not have used the services of the Pickel family for the last time.

Hervorzuheben neben dem schönen Domizil ist der umfassende persönliche Service der Vermieter! Und ein sehr freundlicher Nachbar zur rechten, der gerne mal von seinen Gartenfrüchten etwas auf die Mauer legt!
Für uns ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen und sonnigen Winterurlaub! Und der Preis stimmt auch!
Den Jahreswechsel 2021-2022 haben wir wieder in einem Haus ? der Familie Pieroth-Pickel verbringen dürfen.
Diesmal haben wir in der Villa Hebe/Marquesa wieder eine perfekte hochwertige Einrichtung vorgefunden, in der es an nichts fehlte. (war 2019 in der Villa Pastor auch schon so ?)
Den perfekten, freundlichen Service kannten wir ja schon...
Allerdings haben wir diesmal überraschend von unterwegs angerufen und uns für einen Tag früher angemeldet....
Kein Problem, die Villa war blitzblank und perfekt hergerichtet!
Also rundum wieder tolle 2 1/2 Wochen:
Ankommen, sich Zuhause fühlen, entspannen, herzliche Gastfreundschaft genießen und schöne Touren mit den Moppeds auch Dank Tipps der Familie Pieroth-Pickel.

Warum zwei mal am gleichen Ort?
Weil wir völlig entspannen wollten und somit die Gewissheit hatten, dass es auch gelingt. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und es hat alles was es dazu braucht.
Unsere Freundschaft hatte sich auch ein Haus bei diesen unglaublich netten Vermietern gebucht.
Durch die Einladung zum gemeinsamen Frühstück durch Familie Pickel ist irgendwie auch das Gefühl einer Freundschaft entstanden.
Eines ist sicher, wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und war das sauberste Haus, dass wir je gemietet haben.
Vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes hat uns Frau Pickel mit hilfreichen und informativen Tipps auf dem laufendem gehalten.
Die gesamte Abwicklung, Buchung, Aufenthalt und Abreise lief total unkompliziert und reibungslos.
Wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub in Denia in Planung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Fam. Pickel ( Ferienhaus Deluxe ) mieten.

wir waren erstmalig im September für 3 Wochen Ihre Gäste
in der Villa Marquesa und möchten uns ganz herzlich für den freundlichen und perfekten Rundum-Service bedanken. Es war alles sehr sauber und Ihre reichhaltigen Informationen haben uns als Erstbesucher schnell heimisch werden lassen.
Als wir eine Panne mit unserem Leihwagen hatten, waren Sie sofort zur Stelle und konnten uns weiterhelfen.
Wir haben das Wiederkommen ganz fest eingeplant und freuen uns schon auf eine erneut unbeschwerte Zeit.

nach im letzten Jahr 5 Wochen in der Villa Pastor haben wir dieses Jahr 4 Wochen in der Villa Marquesa verbracht..erneut eine herrliche Zeit in einer ausgezeichneten "Unterkunft". Wie auch im Vorjahr fehlte es an nichts...alles war perfekt.
Klasse auch wieder Ihr persönlicher Einsatz für unser Wohlbefinden. Sie und Ihre Feriendomizile kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir nächstes Jahr wieder nach Spanien fahren, landen wir sicher wieder bei Ihnen.

Mein Mann & ich weilen zwar noch hier in der wunderschönen Villa Hebe/Marquesa, Dienstag geht es wieder zurück in die Schweiz, wo wir noch lange an die pure Erholung, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und das tolle Haus erinnern werden. Natürlich im Gepäck die Vorfreude auf nächstes Jahr, Wir kommen wieder, aber in die Villa Vista Mar!!!
Wie in den anderen Beiträgen erwähnt, haben auch wir in den 2 Wochen 3mal das Meer besucht und das Auswärts-Essen ist uns sichtlich schwer gefallen (blieb beim einzigen Mal) darum kommen diese Zeilen auch von der herrlichen Poolterasse! Was will man mehr...
So toll wie alles eingerichtet ist. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch super, wo uns die liebe Frau Petra Pickel vor Ort persönlich alles gezeigt hat.

Familie Pickel kümmert sich vorbildlich um ihr Ferienhaus und seine Gäste!
Das Haus ist in einem Topzustand, alles hoch- und neuwertig. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück drei schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, je nachdem, ob man einen Schatten- oder Sonnenplatz bevorzugt. Auch der Essplatzt und die Sofaecke im Haus sind sehr einladend.
Es gibt ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten im Haus und die kostenlose Benutzung der Waschmaschine ermöglicht es, weniger Kleidungsstücke mit zu nehmen und auf der Wäschespinne zu trocknen.
Rund um den Pool lässt es sich wunderbar auf den Liegen entspannen.
Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit Einfamilienhäusern, die z.T. an Urlauber vermietet werden, die spanischen Nachbarn waren ganz reizend und haben uns immer zugewunken, wenn wir uns gesehen haben.
In der Villa hat man absolute Privatsphäre und kann sowohl im Haus, als auch im Außenbereich den Urlaub genießen.
unsere erste längere Urlaubsreise war ein voller Erfolg. Die 5 Wochen in der Villa Marquesa haben uns sehr gut gefallen so dass wir für nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht haben. Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hauses war hervorragend. Für die liebevolle Betreuung möchten wir uns nochmals recht herzlich bedanken. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf nächstes Jahr.

Das Haus war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Sauber, alles neu gemacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht (das ist uns besonders bei den Küchenutensilien aufgefallen =>hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht!).
Der Pool war richtig groß (super zum schwimmen geeignet) und die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter haben sich direkt gekümmert, als es mal ein kleines Problem gab. Wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.
