High-quality furnishings with perfect service.

Repeat offender!
We were able to spend the New Year's transition from 2021 to 2022 once again in a house owned by the Pieroth-Pickel family.
This time, we found perfect high-quality furnishings in the Villa Hebe/Marquesa, where nothing was missing. (Was it already like this in Villa Pastor in 2019?)
We were already familiar with the perfect, friendly service. . .
However, this time we unexpectedly called from the road and registered for a day earlier... No problem, the villa was spotless and perfectly prepared! So, another great 2 1/2 weeks all around: arriving, feeling at home, relaxing, enjoying warm hospitality, and going on beautiful tours with the mopeds, thanks to the tips from the Pieroth-Pickel family. Here one feels comfortable.

At the end of the year, we were again at Villa Marquesa. Why twice in the same place? Because we wanted to completely relax and were sure that we would succeed. Here one feels comfortable and it has everything needed for that. Our friendship also booked a house with these incredibly nice landlords. The invitation to have breakfast together with the Pickel family somehow also created the feeling of a friendship. One thing is certain, we will come back.

The cleanest house we have ever rented

Our stay in June 2021 at the holiday home Hebe fully met our expectations. (5 stars)
The house is very well maintained and was the cleanest house we have ever rented.
Before and during our stay, Mrs. Pickel kept us informed with helpful and informative tips.
The entire process, booking, stay, and departure went smoothly and uncomplicated.

The area and the neighborhood were also excellent, and thanks to the quietness, we were able to really unwind.

simply great...

We were at Villa Marquesa from early February to mid-March. The house and the grounds were even more beautiful than in the pictures. The absolute cleanliness and complete equipment are worth mentioning. We were thrilled with the warm and kind attention from Petra Pickel. We received many excursion and restaurant tips. We had a fantastic time and will gladly come back. Keep up the great work!!!

Beautiful villa, warm hospitality!

A heartfelt thank you.
My husband and I are still staying here at the beautiful Villa Hebe/Marquesa, but we will return to Switzerland on Tuesday. We will long remember the pure relaxation, the warm hospitality, and the great house. Of course, we will also carry with us the anticipation of next year. We will come back, but to Villa Vista Mar! ! ! As mentioned in the other contributions, we also visited the sea 3 times in the 2 weeks and eating out was noticeably difficult for us (only did it once), which is why these lines come from the beautiful pool terrace! What more could one want. . .
Everything is set up so nicely. The shopping possibilities are also great, where the kind Mrs. Petra Pickel showed us everything in person on site.

Arrive and feel comfortable

We, a couple with a daughter and grandchild, as well as 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, stayed at the beautiful Villa Marquesa for 3 weeks in June 2019. This was our second time at the villa, everything was perfect again, arriving and feeling comfortable, everything provided, everything clean. The Pickel family is always accessible if help is needed. We have also stayed at Villa Santa Maria. All houses owned by the Pickel family are very clean, modernly furnished, and have a beautiful location, highly recommended. We always feel very comfortable at the Pickel family's place, especially with two large dogs.

Wonderful time in an excellent accommodation!

Beautiful Easter with the family in Villa Marquesa

We (married couple, 46 and 48, and our 12-year-old son) were guests at Villa Marquesa for the first time over Easter 2018. The contact with the Pickel family was very pleasant and uncomplicated even before the booking. Mrs. Pickel had already provided us with contract details and tips for excursions in the region around Denia. The house is in top condition, everything is high-quality and new. There are three nice seating areas on the property, depending on whether you prefer a shady or sunny spot. The dining area and sofa corner in the house are also very inviting.
There is ample storage space in the house, and the free use of the washing machine allows you to bring fewer clothes and dry them on the clothesline.
You can relax wonderfully on the loungers around the pool. The property is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses, some of which are rented to holidaymakers. The Spanish neighbors were very lovely and always waved to us when we saw each other. In the villa, you have absolute privacy and can enjoy your vacation both inside the house and outside.

Wunderschönes Denia in Villa Marquesa

our first extended vacation was a complete success. The 5 weeks at Villa Marquesa were very enjoyable for us, so much so that we have already booked again for next year. Active holidays with a dog

The house is located close to Montgo and is surrounded by pine trees. Great air there, you can quickly get to the hiking area, perfect for dogs. Very quiet location. From the terrace, you have a panoramic view of the sea. The house is beautifully furnished. You don't miss anything, as you are used to with Pickels. We feel at home there, that says it all. If something breaks, send a WhatsApp or call Pickels and they will take care of it immediately. Outdoor seating for sunbathers or shade lovers. As we always go on vacation in the winter, it is very important for us that the house has central heating. Thanks to the large garage, the car, motorbike, and bicycles can be securely stored. The trailer also fits perfectly on the property and does not interfere. It takes an hour to walk to the beach with the dog. You can't do it without a car. Denia and its surroundings offer various opportunities for everyone. One of the most beautiful places we have visited as Spain vacationers. Fantastic marina, beautiful location. Highly recommended. If you can also enjoy the great pool in warmer weather, then it is perfect. Unfortunately, it's a bit too cold in winter. We can only say: Book and enjoy.

Toller Urlaub

We decided on the accommodation at very short notice and received a quick response from the landlady. Communication went very well, and she immediately provided us with many excursion tips and restaurant recommendations. The house was just as beautiful as in the photos. Clean, everything newly renovated, and lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything here. Everything was well thought out (this was particularly noticeable to us with the kitchen utensils => someone really put thought into this!). The pool was really big (great for swimming) and the outdoor area was very well maintained. The owners took care of things promptly when there was a small issue. Really very nice and helpful. All in all, a lovely accommodation that we would book again anytime.

Unser Urlaub in Denia

Our vacation in Denia in May/June 2017 was very enjoyable. The holiday home Villa Marquesa Deluxe owned by the Pickel family is perfect and equipped with all comforts and luxury. Mrs. Hertel provided a super nice handover and check-out on-site. We can highly recommend the house.
