Description
The Buchenpark holiday villa is situated on a large, leafy plot surrounded by old, newly restored Art Nouveau villas - parallel to the beach promenade. It is one of the few properties in Heringsdorf that has plenty of open space on a beautiful plot with old beech trees. It is also bordered by the historic Heringsdorf spa gardens. The location directly in Heringsdorf is simply outstanding!!!
Here in the 'Ferienresidenz Am Buchenpark' you can experience the charm of the imperial spas in a very pleasant way. This flat was designed very cost-intensively and elaborately in the living area with noble Solnhofen natural stone slabs as well as green marble. The result is a 'natural stone dream' that you won't find a second time. In addition, there is an elaborate new floor design in brushed oak wood design (premium flooring - living room, hallway, bedroom). The flat, which is comfortably furnished with individual room planning, has a living room with adjoining fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a modern tiled bathroom, a balcony and a hallway. The special feature of the flat, apart from the noble natural stone design, is that the balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. Up to 4 persons (but only 2 persons + max. 2 children) have the possibility to spend their holiday in this flat. WLAN use is included. The flat is regularly renovated and stands out from many other flats with its excellent, open green location. The use of a parking space with a barrier, which is directly assigned to the flat, is included in the total rental price, regardless of the rental period
The very wide, white, fine-sand beach of Heringsdorf is almost on the doorstep - only approx. 150m away - and easily accessible on foot. If, for example, you have gone to the beach via access '2 G' (see photo) and turn around to the land side, you will see only green vegetation and no buildings - simply fantastic! At the same time, you are standing in the white sand between the Heringsdorfer and Ahlbecker piers. Depending on the season, this section of the beach is also supervised when swimming in the Baltic Sea, which is particularly advantageous for children/untrained swimmers. The Heringsdorf pier - the most modern and longest in Europe - and thus also the centre of Heringsdorf, is approx. 350 m away. Numerous shops for shopping, bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafés are available not far from the flat in Friedensstraße, on the pier and on the beach promenade. You will appreciate the optimal location of the flat after a few days. There is a bus stop diagonally in front of the property - from there you can travel across the island and even to Swinemünde. From the pier you can take ferry boats on various tours along the coast (also to Swinemünde), and from Peenemünde even to Rügen. The railway station, from which the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) runs to many places on the island, is within easy walking distance and is located behind the spa gardens, which with their old trees and the swan pond border the property. Heringsdorf offers not only wonderful white beaches but also a very attractive hinterland surrounded by many lakes, forests and meadows. In this area, as well as on and around Usedom, many cranes can be seen, especially at the end of winter and in autumn.
The new highlight, the fantastic tree-top walk, is not far away, about 400m. It is located behind the railway station.
A large bicycle room inside/ a carport for bicycles outside, coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the complex. The building was constructed from ecologically valuable sand-lime brick, which has a very sound-insulating effect. Furthermore, the flat is separated from the main corridor of the building by an anteroom with an intermediate door, which ensures quietness and a certain intimacy.
The 'Ostseetherme' Ahlbeck/ Heringsdorf is only 800m away, where you can relax with a sauna/ thermal bath visit. You can also book wellness and massage treatments there.
As already mentioned, the flat has been renovated and clad with exclusive Solnhofen natural stone slabs on the walls in the living/dining area (see pictures). This wonderful natural stone is a wonder and has the best ecological and building biology values.

One or max. two children have the blue sofa bed shown in the living room at their disposal for sleeping. There is only one bedroom, see pictures!
The item "final cleaning" at the price of 84€ is to be understood as a "service flat rate". This includes the final cleaning of the flat, bed linen incl. two towels each for 2 persons, use of W-lan and a parking space! Bed linen for a third person (child) incl. towels plus 12€.

Location and surroundings of object
Tranquillity and centrality are the main advantages of this exclusive location, in the middle of the wonderfully leafy villa area of the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf. After just a few metres you are directly on the white, beautiful Heringsdorf beach. In summer, the old beech trees on the property provide shade and thus contribute to a pleasant indoor climate in the flat. In addition, you can move around freely on the fenced garden plot. You can reach all the amenities of Heringsdorf in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle (storage room available in the villa).
Heringsdorf has the longest pier in mainland Europe (508m) and the longest beach promenade in Europe (8.5 km) (from Ahlbeck via Heringsdorf to Bansin);

I decided to buy this property because it is centrally and quietly located in what I consider the most beautiful of the three imperial spas, namely Heringsdorf. At the same time, Heringsdorf always has a special glow of style and elegance that you will feel yourself when you stay there. Moreover, the 'Ferienvilla Buchenpark' is now one of the few properties built with plenty of outdoor space. Almost all the other holiday home properties are close together, without the privacy that I think you need, especially on holiday. Further development in the neighbourhood is out of the question. The tourist traffic that is usually present on the beach promenade remains hidden from you, even though you will be living right next door.
Usedom is the sunniest region in Germany with over 1900h/year and has a very pure sea air containing salt/iodine, which together with the sunny climate is very positive for human well-being. Especially people with Athenian pathway and skin problems will appreciate this. I myself have known Heringsdorf and Usedom since childhood and simply love this place, with its wonderful fine-sand white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful villas and the wonderful nature.

Great summer vacation in a beautiful setting, close to the beach.
The apartment rental and handover went very well. Very nice ambiance in the apartment. Baltic Sea flair and somewhat "exotic" styled. We really liked it. Nice new, modern bathroom with a great shower. Well located, we felt comfortable. The beach is addictive. Close to the center and the life of Heringsdorf. We will come back.

Usedom flair at its most beautiful side
Wonderful location of the apartment, when in spring the large beech trees bud. All around everything is green and the Baltic Sea is right next door. Plus, seagull music during breakfast on the balcony. What could be more beautiful? The apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished and perfectly located. Everything is within short distances, to the beach, into the forest, to lakes, to restaurants. Ideal for us. We could securely store our bicycles right in front of the entrance. Parking is available, right next door on a designated, private property at the spa park. Arrival and handover were handled quickly, competently, and friendly. We would be very happy to come back.

Great apartment, prime location, very good relaxation.
We found the apartment very clean. The apartment is comfortable and very nicely furnished. There is Baltic Sea flair and modern elements. The bathroom is completely new and great. Everything matched the descriptions, although not all pictures were exactly 1:1. There seem to have been renovations, which we found even nicer. The arrangement in the bedroom felt fresher and more modern. The location is optimal for Heringsdorf. Short distances to everywhere, especially quick to the beach and the pier. Restaurants are nearby. We have really recovered well. The Baltic Sea is also a great recommendation in winter.

Wonderful Baltic Sea beach holiday in great surroundings
We had a wonderful Baltic Sea beach vacation in this very beautiful accommodation. From the inquiry, the support from the owner, and the key handover on site, everything went smoothly and very professionally friendly. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a brand new modern bathroom, and everything else one needs for a vacation. We felt very comfortable. The location is great. Everything is within short distances, to the beach, to the center, to the forest. Simply perfect for us. Thank you very much, we simply had a good rest :) and would gladly come back.

I have known the imperial resort of Heringsdorf since I was a child and love its beautiful spa architecture, the wonderfully white, wide Baltic Sea beach, the many lakes and forests and the excellent tourist infrastructure. Heringsdorf inspires and has simply cast its spell on me. This was the motivation to acquire this flat, which is in a top location, and to make it available to guests as a low-cost accommodation option.
