The house is located In the south-east of lovely Istria in the small town Rakalj. This holiday home is situated in the peacefull area close to the sea (1,5 km) and is on a fully fenced plot with an outside terrace and a private swimming pool.
The modern interior of the villa with clean lines provides a sense of bright and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable with matching furniture. The large, well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to test your culinary skills and prepare every kind of special treats. Wonderful pool where you can work on your tan or take a refreshing dip. In the garden there is a playground for children too. Outside by a wonderful pool is a lovely covered terrace including barbecue area, which is ideal for long summer evenings. The beautiful beaches are just 1,5 km away and you can walk, cycle or go there by car.

Rakalj is a small town located on the southeast coast of Istria, 25 km from Pula. Rakalj is also attractive to visitors due to its cultural and historical sights (the Baroque parish church built in the 18th century. The location and its surroundings is rich in flora and fauna, and such is suitable for summer tourism, hunting and hiking. Rakalj offers beautiful a countryside, the sea, the sun and the quiet away from the crowded seaside resorts. relaxing holidays
My husband, our 3 children and I spent very nice days in Rakalj
The house fully corresponds to the description. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool and the trips to the sea and the secluded beach were wonderful.
Only the shopping possibilities in Rakalj were somewhat limited. For larger errands you have to drive half an hour to Labin or Pula
Mr. Varesko was very helpful and friendly. We like to come back

Everything is great!
Great location, 30 minutes to the nearest major city (Pula). Plenty of opportunities to sunbathe. Had two dogs with us, they could accompany us almost everywhere without a leash. Highly recommend it. The landlord is also very nice. By chance, we will vacation there again.
