Description

This spacious detached house "Helsinki" has three bedrooms and is located on the front and on the edge of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. The Finnish style makes the house from the inside very friendly and cozy. From the outside, the bright radiance a fresh impression.

The ground floor comprises a large living room with sitting and dining area, open kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with luxury massage shower, double sink and toilet. On the 1st floor there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms with 2 single beds.

The house has a private garden with lawn, patio and private parking. Our guests can use free the facilities of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. Upon request, bed linen and towels can be booked. Wifi Points are now available in our park.

Location and surroundings of object

The House Helsinki is located in the front part of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. The wonderful sandy beach of Oostkapelle, which was also chosen in 2016 again one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands, there are approximately 500m. The access to the forest, and thus the impressive nature reserve "De Mantelinge", is also located only a few feet away. It is a fantastic starting point for walking or cycling.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation by the tenant: - Any cancellation must first be communicated by phone and then also in writing to Dennenbos. - For a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 50% of the base rent will be charged. - For a cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before the start of the rental period, 75% of the base rent will be charged. - For a cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the rental period, 90% of the base rent will be charged. - For a cancellation less than a week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun, 100% of the rental amount will be charged. - In the event of early departure or delayed arrival as booked, payments made will not be refunded. - Additionally, in the case of a cancellation, a reservation fee of €32.50 will be charged.
