Description

Only 5 minutes on foot from Paradise beach lies our new built, Gescmackvolles, family friendly house "Mare E Sabbia".
In the house we have 3 beautiful and comfortable apartments, one with one and two with two double rooms, all with very nice sea view.
All you need for a leisurely holiday's nache house (Lebensmittelgescheft, bakery, restaurants ...).
From us, you have a few minutes walk to the city center, but our neighborhood is really quiet.
All apartments have air conditioning in every room, every sleeping room has a lot Baden rooms, completely aligned kitchen, living room, satellite TV, free wi-fi, sea view balcony and parking.
The price includes the Aufenthaltsgebuhr, registration, air conditioning, a car park, the bed linen, Handtuher the dishes and.
As hosts we will endeavor that you spend us your vacation comfortable and carefree.

Apartments Mare e Sabbia offer a comfortable and quality accommodation in apartments with 4 **** stars categorized, near the sandy beaches and the tourist resort of San Marino in Lopar on the island of Rab.
The accommodation is ideal for a family vacation in Lopar, summer holidays for a group of friends or an active holiday on the island of Rab.

The property is lowered in 4 comfortable apartments with sea view and a capacity of 4 + 2, 4 + 1 and 2x (2 + 2) beds.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The apartments feature air conditioning (air conditioning is in every room), heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet and parking provided.

In the region of 100 to 300 meters from the apartments there are sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, city center and other tourist facilities.
Lopar is a popular Croatian tourist destination on the island of Rab, numerous coves and sandy beaches 22 of which 3 are nudist beaches (FKK Gypsy, FKK Sahara and Stolac naturist) that will delight you and visit again Lopar surrounded.

Lopar has many restaurants and cocktail bars with a rich gastronomic offer, tourist train, a large variety of shops and souvenir shop; Sports fields and facilities on the sea and the beach including jet skiing, parasailing, aqua park, pedal boats, rent a boat, deck chairs, parasols, beach volleyball ...

Fantastic view and beautiful ambiance

We can highly recommend this house. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, fresh towels were provided every other day. The kitchen is well equipped, so ideal for self-catering. There is also a private parking space available for use. It is very quiet, you can hear the cicadas and relax.
The family beach is a 10-minute walk away, other beaches can be easily reached by car or hiking.
Many thanks to the warm hosts, the Jakuc family. We would love to come back.

Apartment to feel comfortable

Highly recommended. Everything you need is there. Fresh towels are provided every few days. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold drinks and fruit. Iva, the host, is very nice and attentive. If we go back to Lopar, we will stay in the same house.

Very beautiful and modern apartment in a great location. Iva is a perfect hostess! The apartment is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping facilities, yet very peaceful. Only thing missing are egg cups and a peeling knife. Otherwise perfectly equipped. The towel service is unbeatable! I would love to come back and will recommend it to others! See you soon, Iva. ;-)

The Weinhardt family says thank you!

Our new holiday flat with sea view has a great terrace. We found the dishwasher and freezer to be a great extra. The bathroom is so new and tidy. Wi-Fi is great. The bakery is not far away. The beds and sofa bed are very good quality. The sea is just down the road. Great sandy beach. Without car free of charge. With car 3,50 Euro. Fine sand and no waves. The sea is shallow all the way out. Ideal for children. The Jakuc host family and all the other people here in the tourist area are very patient and friendly. The prices are also fair. The village has everything, including a play park, large supermarket Konzum where you can also change money. And a medical centre or hospital. The Jakuc and Iva families speak perfect German. The resort is very quiet, barbecues are also possible. .. But now until next time. I could write so much more. ...

Dream holiday in dream flat

We spent 14 wonderful days with the Jakuc family.
The"small apartment is very well furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We liked the San Marino beach best, which can be easily reached on foot
The bakery is about 10 minutes away on foot and has a huge selection.
All in all, an all-round successful holiday with very nice landlords who are always available with help and advice! We have certainly not been there for the last time!

Simply a dream holiday for families!!!

We spent two weeks with our children in one of the beautiful holiday flats. We have never been so satisfied with the accommodation. Everything beautiful, flat as good as new. The landlords are young, very kind and accommodating people who are available for any questions. Every second day each person gets new towels....that's great. The beach can be reached in a few minutes and is absolutely ideal for children....sand beach.....shallow, crystal clear water.....many shops, nice pubs on the promenade.......we give very clear and dear 10 points and send our best regards to Lopar. A perfect summer vacation

The apartment is new, very clean, spacious, and modernly furnished. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a comfortable double bed. The living and dining room also leave nothing to be desired. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi, a cozy large sofa with sleeping function. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. In the bathroom, there are several options to hang towels and bath towels. The sink comes with an upper cabinet and lower cabinet with plenty of storage space. The towels and bath towels are changed every 2nd day as needed.
The apartment has a terrace with a pavilion and a small garden. Private and with a sea view! Great. Clothesline for the beachwear.
All other apartments also have sea views. Very beautiful! The landlords are very dedicated, friendly, and nice. We would book the apartment again anytime and definitely recommend it. Fam. Gneiss, Austria

Traumurlaub

We were in Croatia for the first time and were immediately fascinated. The long journey was immediately rewarded by the country and its people. The location couldn't be better. The house is located on a quiet side street. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, the paradise beach, and a smaller beach are quickly accessible on foot. Everything is beautifully green, well-kept, and clean. The holiday apartment is very modern and tastefully furnished. The beds are freshly made weekly, and the hand and shower towels can be changed every two days. The balcony offers this dreamy view of the bay towards the mainland. And after two weeks of sunshine, we could enjoy it to the fullest. The landlords are very nice and are happy to provide tips for excursions, restaurants, etc., in German. Information and maps of the island of Rab were available for us. Even small children are welcome. We experienced hospitality characterized by a very warm and generous attitude. We would like to thank the Jakuc family for this wonderful holiday and wish them all the best. We would gladly come back as soon as possible.
