Family vacation with children.
We were at the Skapul family's house for the first time. It's not comparable to the other apartments we have stayed in in Lopar. The location and surroundings are simply great. Everything is accessible without a car, except if you want to go to Rab (about 10-15 minutes), but that's perfectly fine. There are several lemon trees in the garden that are really beautiful to look at.
The Skapul family is very friendly and their beach restaurant is highly recommended. Their homemade red wine is very good.
We can highly recommend this house with a clear conscience!
We are looking forward to the next time.

If Lopar then here!!!
We stayed here for a week with our two boys and can only recommend it
it is not super modern but you have everything you need, it is clean, great balcony, comfortable beds. you could always change towels and dish towels that were in front of the room enough
we received a very warm welcome and were able to contact our hosts at any time
you can get to the beach very quickly, there are plenty of restaurants, a bakery right on the corner... we can only rave and would book again any time if the drive to lopar wasn't so miserably far :( but we will definitely be back sometime
ps: the olive oil is sooo delicious

Beautiful & Clean Apartment
We stayed in the Skapul family flat in June 2020 exactly after the travel warning. Very nice and clean flat. We always had fresh towels available. There was also disinfectant in the hallway. There are also plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately I forgot my mobile phone in the flat (something that has never happened to me before) and it was sent back to me. You rarely meet such honest people these days. The Skapul family are very nice, hospitable and honest people. We have stayed in many flats in Lopar, but so far we have liked the family best.

highly recommended
We spent 2 super nice weeks with Fam. Skapul in July 2019. The flat was super equipped and very clean. The service is top and the landlords are very nice and speak good German. The food in the family's own restaurant directly on the beach is also highly recommended. We have been holidaying in Croatia for several years and always stay in holiday flats. I have to say that this has been the best value for money so far.
If we visit the island of Rab again, we will definitely want to stay with the Skapul family again.
Thank you very much once again for the wonderful time with you!

Always worth a trip
We had our "small apartment" for the 3rd time. Completely furnished. Very nice and attentive Skapul family. Short distances to the beach, very suitable for small children. Highly recommended is the nice Skapul beach pub Bonaca. Great food, very clean, friendly and busy staff. Definitely was not our last Rab stay.

Perfect relaxing holiday with the Skapul family
As always, we had a very great holiday with the Skapul family this year.
We have been coming to this house for 5 years now and are as always thrilled by the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlords. The flats are tastefully furnished, very clean and well maintained. No wishes are left unfulfilled - large flat screen TV , fast WLAN , very good kitchen equipment , cosy balcony furniture - spacious balcony , air conditioning , new towels and tea towels every day - you almost feel like you are in a 4 star hotel . Top location in 5 minutes walk to the beach , bakery and supermarket are almost on the doorstep .
The Skapul family runs a very cosy restaurant "Bonaca" on the beach
The food there is delicious, especially the fish dishes with a beautiful view of the sea. All in all, highly recommended.
We have already booked again for the new year and are looking forward to our next holiday with the Skapul family.

Beautiful
The Skapul family are very friendly and you feel welcomed straight away. Small, beautiful, well-maintained flats with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (not so good in the room and it almost never worked in the double room). The kitchen is well equipped, even with a dishwasher

Dream holiday with the Skapul family
As it was our first holiday in Croatia or on the island of Rab, we had no idea what to expect.
We received a very warm welcome from the Skapul family as soon as we arrived.
The rooms are very well equipped and very clean! You feel very comfortable from the first minute
The restaurant "Bonaca", owned by the Skapul family, which is located directly on the beach, is also highly recommended

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnungen mit Flat-TV, WLAN, Klimaanlage

Parkplätze (Tiefgarage und außen) ausreichend vorhanden.
Sandstrand + Supermarkt in nächster Nähe schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Strand ist vor allem für Familien bestens geeignet,
viele Spiel- und Animationsmöglichkeiten. Bootsausflüge,
Fahrten mit Glasbodenboote, Tauchfahrten starten direkt
im nahen Hafen.
Die Gastgeber verfügen über beste deutsche Sprachkenntnisse-
sie betreiben ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt am Strand
„BONACA“ - hier kann man größere und kleinere Mahlzeiten
tagsüber und auch abends geniessen – mit wunderbarem
Ausblick über Strand und Bucht.
Die Inhaber bieten außerdem eigene Weine und Liköre
und fangfrischen Fisch. Ein guter Tipp auch für die Vor-

Einfach Spitze
Liebe Familie Skapul,
wir durften im August zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus verbringen.
Die Wohnungen sind einfach spitzenmässig - vor allem der Luxus, zwei Badezimmer zu haben, ist einfach grandios. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Was auch besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist der großzügige Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt haben. Man sitzt vollkommen für sich und hat keine Berührung zum Nachbar-Apartement. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich gleich familiär aufgenommen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die von Familie Skapul geführte Strandbar. Leckeres frisch zubereitetes Essen und prima Cocktails. Das selbstgemachte Olivenöl und der gute Zitronenlikör sind unbedingt muss man unbedingt probieren. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, zum Strand, Bäcker, Konzum, zahlreiche Gastronomie - alles innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen und trotzdem ist man etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Das einzige, das ich vermisst habe, war ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung. Aber wahrscheinlich hätte man sich einen ausleihen können, wenn man gefragt hätte.
Liebe Familie Skapul, wir werden auf jeden Fall in spätestens ein oder zwei Jahren wieder bei Ihnen Urlaub machen.

Einfach Perfekt
Die Wohnungen sind einfach perfekt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit Klima, Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc... Die Lage auch sehr sehr gut. Nur wenige meter bis zum Strand, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants.
Die Vermieter Familie Skapul sind sehr sehr freundlich und familiär.
Auch das von ihnen geführte Strandrestaurant BONACA direkt am Paradiesstrand von San Marino läd zum guten Essen ein.
Wir alls Familie 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern waren schon zum 4mal bei Familie Skapul und wir haben auch schon wieder unseren Urlaub 2016 bei ihnen gebucht, weil es uns einfach dort gefällt.
