Casa Polly is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche, perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the small pleasures of daily life, far from the stress and chaotic routine of big cities. Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests' exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.
The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower.

POLLENZA
Pollenza is a small town in the province of Macerata, located at 341 metres above sea level. Surrounded by green hills planted with vineyards and cereals, Pollenza is set on a panoramic hill separating the valleys of Potenza and Chienti. Its historic centre, which is still partially surrounded by the old walls, guests many evidences of a glorious past history.
The towns of Treia, Macerata, Tolentino and San Severino are the frame to this quiet place, together with a rich vegetation, streams and human buildings.
TO VISIT
When visiting Pollenza you cannot miss the beauty of the various religious buildings such as Abbazia di Rambona (Abbey) which is certainly on of the most evocative buildings of the province, the Church of Madonna della Pace of the XVII cen., the Collegiata of Saint Biagio (collegiate church) of Neoclassic style and rich of paintings and decorations, the Church and Monastery of Saint Francesco and Antonio, the Clarisse Monastery with the church of Saint Giuseppe of Baroque style.
Important monuments that should be listed are the Civic Museum of Palazzo Cento, dating back to the imperial period, the Civic Palace, with its elegant Baroque gate and imposing Civic Tower and the City Theatre of Giuseppe Verdi.
Those who love art could visit the Civic Museum of Palazzo Cento or the Art Gallery and Museum of Patrie Memorie, gathering different art masterpieces linked to the historical and cultural past of Pollenza, such us a collection of ancient potsherd of local production.
EVENTS AND FESTIVALS
Every year in the historic centre of Pollenza takes place a craft exihibition of antiques and art restoration. The art of restoration is very famous in the town of Pollenza. In “Orti” road, you can find the memorable workshop of restauration, where the artist Manrico Marinozzi created his masterpieces.
