The holiday home is located in the beautiful Spanish town of Els Poblets, only 10 km from Denia.
An ideal house also for families with children, perfect for a carefree holiday – fully equipped. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. The garden is protected by a wall, therefore a quiet and safe location!
The house can be lived in all year round! The large living room is equipped with a tiled stove and underfloor heating. 2 bedrooms / 1 room with double bed 140x200, 1 room with 2 single beds 90x200. Both rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold), making them pleasantly warm even in winter.
2 bathrooms / 1 with bathtub, toilet and bidet, and 1 with shower and toilet.
Living room with a large open kitchen, fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Sufficient dishes, etc. available. An outdoor barbecue/grill is available in the garden.
On the terrace with sun protection, the large dining table with 6 chairs invites you to linger. Enjoy the large pool 8x4, including sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and outdoor shower.
The house is perfectly suited both for summer holidays and for wintering!

Els Poblets is located 8 km from Denia and is a small village but has everything you need, such as banks, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, German doctors, Zahnartz and vet.
There is also a large shopping center with cinemas and a variety of shops.
The house located in a quiet residential area and it is to the sea 400 meters.
Els Poblets is very easy to reach from the airports of Valencia and Alicante, they are both about 100 km away, or on the motorway AP. 7
Denia (8 km) has much to offer with its fishing and ferry port with daily connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, its historic castle and old quarter, tapas bars, restaurants and charming shopping streets. Just outside the center there is a modern hospital and a new shopping mall with cinemas and many shops.
The surrounding area of Els Poblets offers variety with its vast orange groves, the magnificent beaches, lots of walks in the Montgó Nature Reserve and other historical places of interest.

Great house with pool
The quiet location of the house, its very good amenities, and especially the fantastic pool create a pleasant living atmosphere and relaxation, while all essential facilities for daily needs are also easily accessible. The nearest beach is nearby (about 10 minutes on foot). We would also like to mention the friendly and always helpful support from Ineke on-site. Thank you - we would love to come back.

Perfektes Haus
We felt right at home in the holiday house. Everything you need for daily life is available. Amazing pool and garden area. Very spacious terrace. Many thanks to Ms. Ineke D. for the great support and smooth process. We will come back again.

Classy house and pool
The Lofthouse is very beautiful and superbly equipped, and it is very quiet. The property is fenced, so our two small dogs couldn't escape. We recovered very well and used the large pool several times a day. The sun loungers are very comfortable, and you can relax undisturbed on the terrace. Ineke D. helps with all questions and is very helpful without being intrusive. The price-performance ratio is very good. We can highly recommend the house.

Great house and super support on site - we will be back!
The villa in Els Poblets was just great. We especially liked the spacious living room with great furniture (approx. 60 sqm). We have rarely had such a well-equipped holiday home. Nothing was missing, we even found a bread machine. The pool area was also very nicely laid out, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The excellent service by Ineke D. was also outstanding. We felt like we were at home. We also liked the place itself. Very clean and 10 minutes walk to the beach or if you want to go hiking, it's not far either. In short, we liked it very, very much and we will be back!
