The beachfront holiday villa, *Villa Michaela* in Peguera, Mallorca, is just a 3-minute walk from the beach and shops.
The house is located on a small, quiet side street. It has a sea view from the penthouse, and views of the garden and 90 m³ swimming pool from within a 1500m² Mediterranean garden with 2 garden showers, a hammock, a spacious barbecue area, table tennis, table football, dart, lockable bicycle storage, and 4 parking spaces on private grounds, leaving nothing to be desired.

| The key handover is carried out by the owner, upon arrival, directly at the vacation property. The eco-tax, also called tourist tax, has been obligatory in the Balearic Islands since 2016, even for the vacation rental of apartments and houses. It is used by the regional government for the sustainability of tourism. The eco-tax is currently 2.20 € per day per person, starting from the age of 16, for the months of April to November; the fee is halved in the off-season. From the 9th day of the stay, the tax is reduced by half. When staying overnight, the fee is also halved. The eco tax is paid by the vacationer, upon arrival, to the landlord, in cash. The tenant receives a payment receipt. The landlord is obligated to forward the eco tax revenues to the authority. The deposit is made by bank transfer. The remaining amount should be transferred 5 weeks before arrival. You will receive an invoice and a payment reminder in a timely manner. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation: - If you cancel up to 90 days before the scheduled start of the trip, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. - If you cancel up to 60 days before the scheduled start of the trip, you will receive 90% of your deposit back. - If you cancel up to 30 days before the scheduled start of the trip, you will receive 60% of your deposit back. - If you cancel up to 15 days before the scheduled start of the trip, you will receive 40% of the total price back. - If you cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled start of the trip, you will receive no refund. - If the renter arrives and does not like the accommodation, the booking can only be canceled if the landlord has intentionally provided false information about the vacation property. - In the event of a travel warning to Mallorca, the customer may cancel or rebook free of charge at any time.

The town of Paguera is captivating due to its not-so-tall buildings, its five beautiful beaches with clean water, and the very long boulevard with many shops that are open all year round, inviting you to stroll. The airport is about 24 minutes away by car. Bus stops are located approximately 450 meters away. Tennis courts at 650 meters distance. Golf course 2 km away. Hiking trails at 300 m.

Pure relaxation!
Villa Michaela is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We had a wonderful time and despite the house being fully booked, we had the feeling of being alone on site. The flat is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The service and arrangements could not be more uncomplicated. Thank you very much! We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful holiday flat
Villa Michela is a great holiday home, with beautiful flats. It is centrally located just a few steps from Tora beach. We felt very comfortable there, also because of the nice landlady, Michaela. That is why we have already booked for next year. Villa Michaela is definitely to be recommended without reservation.

Holiday flat Villa Michaela
We liked the holiday flat in Villa Michaela very much. Our flat was really beautiful and furnished with attention to detail, nothing was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and even the bathroom had cotton pads, Kleenex and Q-tips, just like in a hotel. There were also more than enough towels and bath towels. The garden was also gorgeous and the flat was very neat and clean. Michaela is a very warm host and welcomed us very nicely. It was an all-round recommendable stay. Many thanks for that dear Michaela!
