Description

Garden is separated by a garden wall, you have a private space to zitsen.
For bicycles, there is space. Digital Ferhnsehen with Deutche kanalen.
The house is always clean and tidy on arrival.

Great holiday home in a superb location!
For the umpteenth time, we were guests at Betty de Groot's holiday home. The holiday home is very well maintained and has a great location close to the beach, dunes, and shopping street. The parking space right next to the house is convenient. The seating area in front of the house is equipped with a table and chairs. Betty de Groot is a landlord with whom you enjoy having private conversations and who is very helpful and attentive. We have already booked for next year!

Wonderful time
We spent 14 great holidays in Mrs Betty de Groot's holiday home. The friendliness of the landlady and the holiday home with everything we wanted made the stay VERY pleasant. We would gladly come again!!!!!

Beautiful holiday home
We have been coming back to Betty's holiday home Zee Zon Zand for many years and love it very much. The house is ideally located for the beach and the pedestrian zone
It is always very clean and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the whole holiday home is very nicely furnished and cosy. We like to sit together on the beautiful terrace in the evening. A special plus is the dishwasher and the parking space right in front of the holiday home
Betty is a wonderful, helpful and warm landlady who does everything to make the stay perfect - a real super host!
We can absolutely recommend this holiday flat and are already looking forward to our next holiday (already booked) with Betty.

Very Satisfied

Zee Zon Zand ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen
We felt very comfortable there. The holiday cottage is very cozy and well equipped. When the weather allows, the seating in front of the cottage is also beautiful to use. Mrs. Betty de Groot is a wonderful host and very understanding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our stay twice and there were no problems because of that. We would love to come back because Egmond aan Zee is really beautiful and you can do a lot from there. It is truly a wonderful address to explore North Holland.
