Beautiful villa marina with private pool and trampoline

If you want to spend your time in Croatia, in a very beautiful villa, Villa Marina is the right choice for you.
Villa Marina is situated in a quiet place, Paradiž.
Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, terrace and the villa has a private pool.
Villa extends over 1000sqm.
From the kitchen and the bedroom the villa has access to the pool. Bedrooms are very nicely decorated and bathroom consists of the shower. In the garden there is a private pool with sun loungers, a trampoline, swings for the children. Since each of our Villa also has free internet access, also has the Villa Marina.

This part of the coast of Istria is well known for its offer of the diversity of beaches and for crystal blue clear sea. Rabac is a Croatian resort town on Kvarner Bay, just southeast of Labin, in Istria. Long a small fishing port, Rabac has grown in recent years into a resort town with numerous villas and apartment buildings. Rabac is one of the most frequented summer resorts of Istra and Croatia. Just above Rabac, nestling on the top of the hill, there is old town of Labin - a stage to thousand years long sandy beaches such as Girandella have received a "Blue Flag". There is also a promenade “riva” along the cost.

The weekly rental rate is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

* 7 nights accommodation, initial cleaning, laundry ( linen, towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, internet access.

* A security deposit of EURO at check-in is required which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages on the property.

* Extra charge for pets EUR per pet per week.

Payment

Down payment of 30% upon reservation. The 70% balance must be transferred at least 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation terms:

Croatia 2021/22 Free Cancellation Corona Full Refund exceptional cancellation conditions! You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel dues to border closures at the time of your cancellation request up to 30 days before your holiday starts. In the event of border closures up to 29 days before your vacation begins, the agency is obligated to issue a voucher for the amount paid by the traveler. - The traveler must use this voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. - If the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired time, there is an option to switch to an alternative accommodation. - New accommodations must be in the same price range as originally booked. * Only valid for new bookings from (01.01.2021) without a voucher or discount code The FREE COVID-19 cancellation conditions apply to all bookings until September 30, 2022, for stays from April 1, 2021, to October 31, 2022.
