It is a detached house with pool surrounded by green nature and a well-kept garden with nice view. For all birds lovers this is a special place where you can enjoy in birds watching with more than 13 kinds of birds. A large pool overlooking the lawn equipped for volleyball. The holiday home Eden is built on higher ground and has a terrace with dining area and grill next to the pool. This house in Labin is suitable for families with children or groups of friends.

Rabac is a Croatian resort town on Kvarner Bay, just southeast of Labin, in Istria. Long a small fishing port, Rabac has grown in recent years into a resort town with numerous villas and apartment buildings. Rabac is one of the most frequented summer resorts of Istra and Croatia. Just above Rabac, nestling on the top of the hill, there is old town of Labin - a stage to thousand years long sandy beaches such as Girandella have received a "Blue Flag". There is also a promenade “riva” along the cost.
