The spacious and beautiful villa Inka is located in the village of Brnjci near Labin.
The completely fenced and safe garden has a large private pool, a comfortable and beautiful lounge area and a covered dining terrace. A summer kitchen with gas barbecue provides good food.
The interior is new, modern and beautifully furnished. There are 4 quiet bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious and sunny living room with a comfortable sofa and a well equipped kitchen. The interior is completely air-conditioned.

The house is situated in a quiet area, 10 km from the romantic town of Rabac and beautiful beaches.
The charming town of Labin is 5 km away. In Labin there are three supermarkets, two petrol stations, many restaurants and a wonderful old town centre.
