Description
Our cottage in North Holland is about 75 square meters, the land about 200 square meters. It is heated with natural gas, the ground floor has underfloor heating, radiators upstairs.
The ground floor comprises entrance hall, bathroom and spacious living / dining area, and a new, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and toaster, 4-burner gas hob with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
In the cozy living area there except for a small hi-fi system to a television receiver with digital receiver (all German channels) and a DVD player; WiFi wireless access is available.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, the double bed 2 x 2 m measures (2 separate mattresses) and a 2nd toilet.
In the garden house you will find garden furniture, a large umbrella, a small barbecue and - used - bicycles, for their state, unfortunately, we can not assume any responsibility and use of course at your own risk.

Location and surroundings of object
SURROUNDING
Our detached house is situated in the small, quiet, surrounded by trees and flower fields Holiday Park Gudea, about km away from the unspoiled dunes and 3km from the beach. You are here nature reserve, but along paths for walking and cycling. Behind it lies the wide, long sandy beach. On the beach near the dunes transitions are on pole beach cafes where you can sit outside and inside cozy and enjoy the view of the beach and sea.
A few kilometers to the north, between St. Maartenszeee and Callantsoog, located in the dunes, the popular
Parkland don`t Zwanewater 'and in the south between Petten and Camperduin the bird sanctuary' De Putten ', where you can observe rare birds.
Shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in Callantsoog, including a large supermarket, the seven days a week from 07:00 - is open 22:00, and of course in Schagen, a small town, about
7 km located inland. There are several large grocery stores and many small, nice shops. Once a week, in the alleys of the weekly market and in summer in parallel instead of a West Frisian procession in historical costumes and with corresponding carriages.
MORE AREA
In North Holland, there is a lot to see. About 25 km south of Alkmaar lies with its lovely old town and canals. Here at the Cheesescales held regularly the cheese market. There are of course several shopping streets.
About 25 km in the other direction, to the north, quite on the northern tip of this narrow strip of land is Den Helder with the big docks, several museums, including the famous Marine Museum, where you visit old and restored ships, including a submarine, can. In addition, it comes from here by ferry in half an hour to Texel, the most westerly of the Frisian Islands, on which there is, inter alia, a seal-breeding station.
On the western edge of Den Helder is the Napoleonic Fort "Kjikduin".
East of us, after about half an hour's drive, you can reach the IJsselmeer, here are small charming old villages with their ports.
Also Amsterdam is nearby and accessible from Schagen from comfortably by train.

Very beautiful holiday home for relaxed vacation days!
The holiday home is located in a quiet park area and offers a really beautiful view of the surrounding flower fields behind the house. Ideal location as a starting point for excursions in the region.
The equipment is very comfortable: The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself; a washing machine and dryer are also available. We had a very friendly phone call with the host beforehand and were provided with all the necessary information in detail – from travel tips to local advice.
We felt completely comfortable and can explicitly recommend the holiday home, both for families with children and for couples and seniors looking for a quiet, well-organized vacation.

Vacation for the Tulip Bloom
Beautiful, well-maintained holiday home located in a quiet park. Behind the house, there is a wonderful view of tulip fields. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a small grill is also available. The beach and a shopping opportunity can be reached by bike in a short time. During the tulip bloom, a wonderful starting point for excursions in the area! We can recommend it!
