Location and surroundings of object
Location: 850 m from the beach and 290 m. to the center of Zandvoort.
Zandvoort has a cozy old center, where you can shop well. There are also many restaurants and cafes.
In the village you can rent a bike and explore by bicycle with our beautiful Waterleiding- or Kennemerduinen. Of course you can go to the beach to sunbathe or hang, or just to eat snack.
Zandvoort is a good alternative if you want to stay in Amsterdam or Haarlem. Because it super tight, but is much cheaper and relaxed. Zandvoort is also known as the Amsterdam beach.
De Schelp 47 is a 15-minute walk from the station. Which is only 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and in 25 minutes to Amsterdam centraal travel. And De Schelp is only 23 km from Schiphol Airport.
The beach along the entire village is and the many beach bars, there is something for everyone, from the village is also find a nudist beach.
You can also learn wave or kitesurfing and even get your PADI.
We have a beautiful racetrack "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (2,2 km). With a kind of solid and events like the DTM.

Recreation for man and dog
We have been to Zandvoort many times, 3 times with these landlords. The first time in Schelp 12, the last two times here in Schelp 5. The apartments are tastefully and cozily furnished, nothing is missing. Both have a nice outdoor area, which is very important to us. Ms. Janneke Visscher - the host - is always reachable should questions arise. This is very pleasant. The location is also perfect for us. One can quickly get into the dunes to take extensive walks. It is also only a few minutes on foot to the center. One reaches the sea through the center or through the dunes. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, holiday without car, beach holiday
