The "Ferienhaus-Emmy" () has a living space of approx. 120 sqm, in which 6 people and a small child can spend their holiday.
The high-quality equipped holiday home includes a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator incl. spacious freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine as well as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The living room and the kitchen with dining area are open, bright and flooded with light. Furthermore, Bluray player, children's DVDs, 55 inch TV, radio, free WiFi, books and board games are at your disposal.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of them have a double bed (200 x 200 cm) with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200 cm) with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are TV sets with satellite TV in all bedrooms. For our little guests there is also a travel cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with shower and WC. In addition, there is a sauna in the downstairs bathroom and a bathtub in the upstairs bathroom.
The holiday home is fully equipped with underfloor heating and external roller shutters.
Parking for up to four cars is available on the property. A large terrace with plenty of seating invites you to relax. For our little guests there are two swings, sandpit and playground equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
Far away from mass tourism, the small idyllic village of Ostseebad Rerik lies between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. Strolling along the promenade of the marina with its cosy cafés and pubs, small shops and the pier, you can enjoy the charm of the old fishing village. Whether it's walks and hikes along the cliffs, sailing and surfing on the Salzhaff, cycling tours through the beautiful Baltic Sea landscape or simply sun and sea - in Rerik you can experience your holiday the way you want it. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.
Excursions to Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Heiligendamm, Wismar and Rostock are also recommended.
How to get there:
Coming from Lübeck, take the A20, exit Kröpelin; coming from Berlin, take the A19 to the Rostock motorway junction. From there, continue on the A20 to the Kröpelin exit and then in the direction of Rerik
Shortly before Rerik, turn right towards Meschendorf until you reach the sign for Rerik. Turn right into Buchenweg and then immediately left into Eichenweg.
The holiday home "Emmy" is number 10 and is located at the end of the second private road on the left.
