The three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms quality of Finca Julia are decorated very tastefully.
About a small staircase in the open hallway into a gallery with a view of the kitchen, on a double bed and a single deck are. This area offers 3 additional beds. The gallery is very popular with children.
Each bedroom Finca Julia a private, upscale equipped bathroom. Two of them are equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The large bathroom also has bath and underfloor heating.

The Villa Ralf and Julia Finca located in Torre Carrals, a district of the popular Spanish resort of Dénia. The district is characterized by the typical Mediterranean, village flair.
The two luxury villas are situated only a few steps away from each other.
Away from the tourist bustle of the main town, the idyllic settlement lies still central: three kilometers to the nearest sandy beach, three minutes drive to the motorway and about ten minutes to Dénia. Surrounded by palms, cypresses and orange groves, comes here once in a holiday mood.
Varied homecooked, clear, blue shimmering water and maintained beaches are ideal to sunbathe in refreshing breeze, to swim or walk on the beach.
To the north the area Las Marinas, with its endless fine sandy beaches La Punta del Raset, Les Marines, Les Bovetes, Els Molins, L'Almadrava and Les Deveses. All the beaches are easily accessible. Little busy areas with beautiful dunes are available as well as comfortable beaches with beach bars, showers and every conceivable service facilities.
Numerous festivals and countless relics of the millennia-old history of the city make the typical cultural diversity. Trips to the National Park Montgo, the natural beauty of the region is disclosed.
Due to their numerous regattas and nautical events the city is known as a water sports center on the Mediterranean. It constitutes the nearest point of the Iberian Peninsula to the Balearic Islands and thus good transfer options.
The rich cultural offer is on the one hand to lead to the checkered past of Dénia back, the other hand on the situation and the economic situation. Concerts, theater, lectures and exhibitions take place all year round. In addition, many attractions will enrich your holiday program.
Convenient is the journey to Dénia by plane. The nearest to me are the airports. In Alicante and Valencia Both the A-7 motorway connections to Dénia. The exit 62 leads into the city. From Ondara from the national road N-332 leads to Dénia. Moreover, there is a train in the direction of Alicante and Valencia. Between the port of Denia and the Balearics operate ferries.

Shameless
A shame, the host canceled our reservation 4 days before the check-in. No explanations or alternatives were given, they left us without a vacation. It's regrettable that these types of behaviors occur in the 21st century.
