Description
the private villa with its own pool is air-conditionable for a relaxing holiday at any time of year
Here you are offered a well-kept, Mediterranean-style garden with breathtaking views over Denia all the way to the sea.
From the enclosed parking space you reach the garden with lawn and palm trees via a few steps. A garden seating area as well as a bar with stools offer different viewing options. For cooling your food and drinks, a refrigerator is available to you in the covered pavilion; however, the existing gas grill cannot be used for safety reasons. A portable charcoal grill is available for you instead.
You can also relax at the private pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters and is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry. Four comfortable sun loungers are available for sunbathing. At the pool, you are once again accompanied by the beautiful view all the way to the sea, which at night transforms into a romantic sea of lights. From the garden, you also have a very beautiful view of the protected Montgo mountain. The villa stands on an 800 sqm plot in the beautiful residential area Marquesa in Denia. Next to the garden, you enter the lower part of the house, in which all rooms (except the bathroom) are air-conditioned. The air conditioning is integrated into the ceiling and thus allows for a pleasant room temperature of your choice (warm/cool). Spread over 86 sqm, there is a living-dining room with satellite TV, internet connection via Wi-Fi, and access to another terrace.
The air conditioning is not provided by a conventional air conditioning system with split units, but instead, a complete climate ceiling has been installed in a modern way to achieve a consistent temperature in all rooms. Both cold and warm.
The magnificent view accompanies you inside the house as well. From the living room, you can not only see the sea, but also have a beautiful view of the Montgo nature reserve. All terraces have a view of the sea. One bedroom and the bathroom have a direct view of the sea, the other bedroom has a terrace from which you can see the sea.
The living room is furnished with a 2-seater leather sofa and 2 armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, oven, and everything you need for cooking. It is adjacent to the living-dining room.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (single mattresses) and a built-in wardrobe. The large bedroom has a 16 sqm covered terrace. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal. All rooms are equipped with fly screens on the windows, and shutters are installed on all windows and patio doors.
The modern bathroom features a washbasin as well as a bathtub with a shower screen and a toilet. The upper tower of the house is locked and guaranteed uninhabited, so the entire property is at the guest's exclusive disposal.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in approx. 1.5 km distance, to the sea it is approx. 5 km. Golf enthusiasts have two golf courses nearby to choose from. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

We thank you for this beautiful holiday. The house was just right for us as sea view lovers. From the living room, you can not only see the sea, but also the beautiful Montgo nature reserve.
All terraces have a view of the sea. One bedroom and the bathroom have a direct view of the sea, the other bedroom has a terrace and from there you can also see the sea. We will gladly come back.....
