Description
With 75 sqm of living space and a 30 sqm south-facing terrace, the terrace house is ideal for 2 people. In addition to the large living room, it has a residential hall and a bedroom with a double bed. The modernized bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
From the living areas, the bedroom, and the bathroom, you have a view of the vineyard with the Staufen castle and across the Rhine plain as far as Alsace. The new kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and everything they need for cooking. A washing machine is also available.
WiFi is also available.
Natural materials were emphasized in the furnishing of the house. There is no WiFi available.

The house is located in a preferred residential area in Staufen im Breisgau. With its hillside location, the house and the spacious south-facing terrace offer a fantastic view. From a quiet residential street (cul-de-sac) an external staircase (45 steps) leads up to the house and ends in the garden, which is available for private use. The terrace is equipped with a wide awning and garden furniture
With its historic old town, the attractive range of shops and restaurants and its diverse cultural events, Staufen is a popular attraction in the region. The centre can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
Here you can really relax and recharge your batteries! You can simply relax or be active in sports or culture!
Staufen and the neighbouring Münstertal valley is a hiker's paradise. The mountain ranges of the southern Black Forest with its mountain ranges, valleys and well-known mountains (Belchen, Schauinsland) can be reached in just a few minutes by car or public transport. Just a 10-minute walk from the house, wonderful hiking trails lead into the forest and the Weibnberge, which are well signposted and invite you to take tours for all levels
There is also a wide range of leisure activities, e.g. cycling - whether mountain bike, racing bike or touring bike - everyone gets their money's worth in the surrounding area. In addition, there are heated

Foresight is exactly right.
Very nice vacation house with a very large terrace and a great view of the castle hill with the castle and its vineyard. Also the view into the Upper Rhine Valley and the Vosges, where on clear evenings there is a great spectacle to be seen. Everything is available in the house, it is very cozy here, you feel comfortable.

Great location with panoramic view
Situated only a few minutes' walk from the historic old town with a beautiful view of the castle ruins and the vineyards as well as the Rhine valley across to France
The flat itself is super equipped, we didn't miss anything and tastefully furnished. Sunny south-facing terrace and small garden with morning sun to relax in. Garden furniture is also available
We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. We will gladly come back and recommend the apartment to others:-)

Great view and cosy flat
General:
The holiday home is as described on the internet! The only thing that is not expressed here is that you live in the terrace house on the slope like in a bungalow - without direct neighbours next door. This was a very pleasant surprise. - The 45 stairs to the front door are difficult for people with walking difficulties. However, we managed them well. Our dog also liked it and the neighbours were very nice and dog-friendly
Facilities:
The equipment is good and also sufficient in the kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are newly renovated. I deduct one point from the equipment because the freezer did not work. We need it because the raw food for our dog is frozen. However, this rating is subjective, as not everyone needs a freezer.
Service:
The booking went smoothly via the internet. The keys were sent in good time. Unfortunately, there is no contact person on site.
Location:
The location is almost at the top of the mountain with a view of the castle, over the village to the Vosges mountains.
