Description
On two floors on the 1st floor and in the attic you will find two bedrooms for occupancy with a maximum of four people and a fully equipped kitchen. In the attic, a light-flooded studio invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area offers a beautiful view of the nearby church in the centre of the village. On the ground floor of the holiday home is a meeting room that is used privately once a month. So you have the whole house to yourself!
There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house for your use.
The house dates back to 1800, the attic with its three dormers was rebuilt in 2000, the facade was renewed in 2005. The shower room on the first floor was completely renovated in 2015 and new, allergy-friendly flooring was laid on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. As a special feature, a fully automatic Jura coffee machine is also available for fresh coffee enjoyment. Fast W-LAN access for our guests is free of charge!
You can receive TV via DAB+ in HD quality on a flat-screen TV.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in an absolute central location adjacent to the historic Litschgi House from the 17th century. Town hall square, catholic church and the historic centre of the town are only 50-100 metres away.
A few metres away you will find an ice cream parlour, the historic Löwen inn with outdoor terrace and the excellent Greek eatery "Sonne" on the old Roman road and traffic-calmed main axis through the centre of Bad Krozingen.
The farmers' market on Lammplatz and Bahnhofsplatz several days a week is only a few 100 metres away. There you will find fresh products from the region directly from the producer!
The beautiful and spacious spa gardens of Bad Krozingen and the Vita Classica thermal baths with numerous wellness offers can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (approx. 500 metres)
A bakery with Sunday sales of baked goods and a grocery market are in the direct vicinity just 50 metres away. Bad Krozingen is an up-and-coming health resort and spa. It is known nationally as a health location - especially due to its university heart centre. The population is distributed between the core town and the 4 sub-villages of Biengen, Hausen, Schlatt and Tunsel
Bad Krozingen is centrally located in the Markgräflerland between Freiburg and Müllheim and has its own motorway exit on the A5 Karlsruhe-Basel. The historic town of Staufen and the municipality of Münstertal are in the immediate vicinity, providing access to the Black Forest. The Black Forest peaks Schauinsland, Belchen and Blauen are only a short drive away and invite you to enjoy magnificent panoramic views while hiking! Breisach am Rhein with its landing stage for Rhine shipping and the French border are only 25km away.

Nice vacation
The Schmidt family is very friendly and everything went very smoothly, from arrival to departure.
The apartment is very nice, from the size to the cleanliness.
It is very centrally located to the city center and is therefore a good starting point for all activities.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Arriving and the vacation begins
Since 2020, we have been vacationing at Hexenhüsli several times a year (spring, summer, autumn). From the first moment, we felt at home at Hexenhüsli. The landlords are warm and very dedicated. They are happy to answer any questions. The lovingly furnished and well-maintained Hexenhüsli offers all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. Within a maximum of 3 minutes' walk, there is a butcher, bakery, grocery store, and other small shops. Despite its central location - even the nearby church (carillon) - it is quiet and you can relax wonderfully. A big advantage is that bicycles can be stored in a locked room. From Hexenhüsli, you have all the possibilities to explore the beautiful Markgräflerland, Rhein plain, Breisgau, Kaiserstuhl - on foot, by bike, by public transport... Our conclusion: We always love to come back to Hexenhüsli!!!

A wonderful holiday

Living in a beautiful ambience
A beautiful historic house, designed with love and heart, into an all-round feel-good witch's cottage
It is very centrally located, has its own parking space, generous room design, modern furnishings and everything your heart desires.
We enjoyed our stay very much, even if it was short, and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Perfect House For Our Vacation!
We were very comfortable and appreciated the privacy we had in this single-family house situated in a quiet pedestrian zone. The rooms throughout the house are spacious and bright with plenty of natural light. Recent renovations included new finishes and a well-equipped kitchen, but guests can still relax in a traditional setting in the den under the A-frame roof and on the balcony overlooking the church in the historic center. The TV cable has a nice variety of channels including several American and British news stations broadcast in English.
A bank with ATMs, grocery store, bakery, and several good restaurants are all within a couple hundred feet in the pedestrian zone, which extends, lined with cafes and shops, to the spa and the train station about a half mile away. Movies and classical concerts are held some evenings in the town square and park along the way. Riding the train free of charge using our guest cards was a great way to view scenery and avoid parking issues in larger towns we visited. Upon return from a long day's drive or visit to the upscale supermarket on the northern by-pass, our two private parking spaces were always free right beside the house.
Our congenial hosts were available anytime if needed. Frau Schmidt takes pride in sharing her home, and left thoughtful touches to welcome us as guests. I particularly enjoyed the selections on the bookcase upstairs and learned a lot from the books related to the local culture.
Our stay in the "Hexenhuesli" could not have been any nicer! If we're lucky enough to come back to this laid-back part of Germany, we will definitely stay here again. The Schmidts are excellent hosts, and we highly recommend their delightful vacation home.

Couple with baby
Spacious and top furnished holiday flat (2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, coffee machine, TV in the bedroom, children's extra bed etc.) on two floors in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Bad Krozingen.Great walks with prams possible in the immediate vicinity.
We enjoyed our stay very much and thank the very friendly landlords again for the smooth handling!

Highly recommended!
The Hexenhüsli impresses with its unique cozy charm and its nice and friendly landlords. A bottle of wine for the evening and some fruit for the first hunger upon arrival seem to be a matter of course as a welcome here. There is nothing to complain about at the accommodation itself. In addition to sufficient space for up to four people, there is nothing missing that you need for a short or longer vacation. For your money, you get a fully furnished household, starting with a Jura coffee machine to various board games for cozy evenings. The location of the house is perfect, within walking distance you will find all the shops for daily needs (the bakery is just around the corner) and various restaurants if you want to leave the kitchen cold. In other words, the Hexenhüsli is highly recommended!

erholsame Tage
Das Hexenhüsli liegt sehr zentral. Es ist ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil. Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der grosse Kaffeeautomat rundes alles noch ab. Die Betten sind super, hatten während des ganzen Aufenthaltes keine Rückenprobleme. Das grosse Studio ist sehr hell, die Sitzgruppe sehr bequem. Ein Rückzugsort bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Fam. Schmidt ist sehr nett uns hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Familienurlaub in einem Knusperhäuschen
Alle Daumen hoch für Familie Schmidt!!! Allein der Empfang von Familie Schmidt mit Obstkorb, Wein und Obstler aus der Region,sowie Ostersüßigkeiten für die Kinder ist schon eine tolle Idee und haben wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung so erlebt. Das ganze Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und modernem Komfort ausgestattet.Alles ist durchdacht (Spiele für Kinder, mehr als ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche,moderne Kücheneinrichtung,WLan und vieles mehr) Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Auch waren viele Unternehmungen, aufgrund der Gästekarte ,für uns kostenlos.(Schwimmen, E-Bikefahren,Zugfahren etc.) Auch die Nachbarschaft hat uns noch gute Tipps für Wanderungen und gute Lokale gegeben. Man ist wirklich herzlich Willkommen und wir werden dort auch noch öfter Urlaub machen.

Ein Traum im Zentrum von Bad Krozingen
Das Hexenhüsli liegt in super zentraler Lage im Zentrum von Bad Krozingen. Es ist super ausgestattet mit einer geräumigen Küche, allen notwendigen Utensilien und sogar einem Kaffeevollautomaten. Über zwei Stockwerke hat man zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und einen liebevoll hergerichteten Dachstuhl als Wohnzimmer.
Vor dem Haus stehen reservierte Parkplätze zur Verfügung, aber aufgrund der zentralen Lage und der Nähe zum Bahnhof kann man auch gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen.
Nur eine Straße weiter findet man exzellente Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen (Pizzeria und ein famoser Grieche!) sowie leckere Bäckereien und einen Supermarkt.
Für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge fließt unweit der Fluss Neumagen, dem man bis nach Staufen i.B. folgen kann und der sich für morgendliche Joggingtouren anbietet. Folgt man ihm in die andere Richtung, so kommt man in wenigen Gehminuten in den Kurpark und zu den dortigen Kurangeboten.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bemühen sich stets darum, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hat.
Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch in Bad Krozingen!

Goldene Herbstage
Ab dem Empfang bis zur Abreise alles wunderbar, einfach und sympathisch. Top Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Perfekt sauber, sehr guter Zustand der Einrichtungen und Geräte.

Anmietung des 's Hexenhüsli, Kirchstr. 5, 79189 Bad Krozingen
Liebe Familie Schmidt,
wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen für den freundlichen Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein und etwas Obst bedanken. Der Empfang war sehr schön. In Ihrem 's Hexenhüsli konnten wir uns einige Tage sehr gut entspannen und vom Alltag ausruhen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine erleichterten uns angenehme Urlaubstage. Das Dachstudio ist harmonisch eingerichtet. Auf dem angrenzenden Balkon konnten wir einige ruhige Abendstunden verbringen. Das Zentrum von Bad Krozingen ist von Ihrem 's Hexenhüsli in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Es war eine schöne Woche in Bad Krozingen.

Historisches Wohlfühlhaus
Ein sehr geräumiges, nahezu perfekt ausgestattetes (mit WLAN wäre es ganz perfekt), historisches Haus im Zentrum der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Alle Top-Sites in Laufnähe – was aber in Bad Krotzingen kein Wunder ist ;-) Küche super eingerichtet, Balkon sehr groß, Vermieter außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen in jedem Fall wieder!
