sorry for the late review, we were a bit stressed.
We were allowed to spend a nice, quiet holiday in your flat. The flat itself exceeds the description on your website in order and cleanliness, as well as in equipment. The flat is more than adequately equipped with multimedia devices (TV, music and CD player). There are also CD movies and books with themes for the whole family. Your friendliness and helpfulness made us feel safe throughout the 10 days. We will be happy to come back again. 5 full stars !!!

It was only 3 nights in this great, great holiday flat. The flat is beautifully located. The landlords are very cordial and pampered us all around. The children (5+11) jumped straight on the dog, the cat and the chickens. We will definitely come again, but then at least for a week

We northerners from Schleswig-Holstein had a wonderful week in Heldenstein. The Vorhauser family stands out for their particularly pleasant host qualities. From the welcome drink to the fresh eggs and Easter greetings, we experienced warm hospitality. The great, large flat is excellently equipped and the spacious living room does not feel cramped. We are happy to recommend this stay to others and would gladly come back ourselves at any time. worth 5 *****!!!

Short holiday in Bavaria
We (family with two children) had a great time in Monika and Gregor's holiday flat. The flat is nice and bright, spacious, modern and newly furnished, and very clean. We were nicely welcomed by the hosts on the first evening, the beds were made and are incredibly comfortable, drinks were available in the well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom also has everything you need. In summary, we can say that no wishes were left unfulfilled and we are very happy to recommend the holiday flat to others!

I was very satisfied with everything. New flat, fully equipped, balcony perfect for me and other smokers, beautiful view na green nature, quiet. Monika and Gregor are very nice hosts always ready to help. They even accepted mail for me. . I can only recommend the flat. Thanks again for everything. I will gladly come to you again

The spacious, comfortable and bright holiday flat in Heldenstein is located in the complete and has approx. 91 sqm living space. The flat has a south- and west-facing balcony which is at your sole disposal
The apartment has its own garden next to old trees with a small terrace, barbecue, fireplace, deck chairs and parasol.
There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on offer.
The good and close transport connections in all directions enable you to reach the beautiful Chiemsee, the thermal spa in Erding or Geinberg in nearby Austria, as well as Munich "the cosmopolitan city with a heart" by car in no more than an hour.

The spacious holiday flat is located 60 km east of Munich in the Isental valley.
Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, Passau and Salzburg in about 1 hour.
Lake Chiemsee is about 45 minutes away by car.
The nearest larger towns are Waldkraiburg, Mühldorf Wasserburg and the pilgrimage town of Altötting.
The detached single-family house with a spacious garden is located in Heldenstein on the edge of the Isental valley in the district of Küham. In the neighbourhood are other detached houses, a small farm and the romantic pilgrimage church in Kirchbrunn. The house on the ground floor is inhabited by a cat and a cosy, friendly dog in addition to the house people.

Wonderful holiday flat
The flat is just super nice and very very clean! You arrive and feel very comfortable. You receive a very warm welcome. My two children had a lot of fun with the chickens, goats, bunnies, cat and dog. They also loved the trampoline and the pool. The hosts are very warm and lovely. Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 days, so we booked another few days for later. We are really looking forward to it!

The flat is just as beautiful as promised in the pictures and description. Everything is new, clean and thoughtfully furnished and we immediately felt at home. We came as a family and were immediately very warmly welcomed
The landlords are very nice and are happy to pass on their insider tips (swimming in the pond) to the guests. The huge wall of books in the staircase makes sure that there is no time for boredom during leisure time. Two balconies and the outdoor seating area invite you to relax and are very well equipped
The spacious kitchen, which is functional and fully equipped, deserves special mention. The family breakfast in the kitchen became a highlight with daily fresh chicken eggs. The holiday flat also offers retreats for all family members
We thank the hosts for a very relaxing holiday week with lots of culture worth seeing.
