Description

The Villa Rayo de Sol was refurbished 2013/2014, all beds and mattresses are new and fresh. The highlight is the private pool with about 4 x 8 meters and to depth. The property is fully fenced (with hedges, walls, etc.) and offers plenty of privacy. You enter the villa through a spacious entrance hall. On the right is the living area with open kitchen, pool side, you can find a wingeschützte, covered porch (Well) and the access to the pool terrace and pool with outdoor shower. Links leiegen ground floor two bedrooms (one double bed, one twin) of the swimming pool, a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine. The marble interior staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find the third bedroom with a large double bed, right a großens bathroom with tub and toilet. Finally, you have access to the sun terrace with views of Els Poblets and the Segaria mountain and the Montgo mountain in Denia. All bedrooms have large wardrobes for your luggage. Your car can be parked in the carport on the property.

The Villa Rayo de Sol from a peaceful residential street in Els Poblets, a coastal village near Denia. After Valencia is approximately 90 km, Alicante 100 KM. The center of Els Poblets is attained on foot, about 1 kilometer away. Likewise, the sea is just a short walk away, about 1 KM. There are numerous shops in the surrounding area (including Lidl and Aldi), a pharmacy, a German doctor, bakers, restaurants, bars, magazines and newspaper shop, etc.

A relaxing week

We were able to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful week at Villa Rayo del Sol, thanks to the host Mr. Krause. The house corresponds in all points to the description, especially noteworthy is the cleanliness and equipment. The early check-in, as our flight was very early, was not a problem, the handover was smooth. We will gladly come back.
