Description
The house has about 95 square meters of living space and is fully air conditioned, the new air conditioning systems were installed in September 2017. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a bath with shower screen and sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is also a small second bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet. The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 * 200). If required, instead of this double bed, two single beds (a 90 * 200) can be placed in the bedroom on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180 * 200, mattress through), in the other room you will find a single bed (90 cm * 200 cm) that expands by pulling out a drawer by another bed (90 cm * 200 cm) can be. In addition, a cot can be provided as needed. If necessary, 2 baby high chairs and / or 1 high chair will be provided. There is also a modern kitchen and a comfortable living-dining area with flat-screen TV and German TV channels. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large modern refrigerator with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary cooking utensils. The house is a terraced house and offers on the east side of a spacious balcony, a covered terrace to the community with a large pool with a small children's pool and beautiful garden. On the southwest side of the building is the approximately 100 square meter private garden with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, sink and a griddle. There is a nice seat with table and chairs from which the view of the Monte Pego mountain falls. Of course you can also relax in your own garden in the shade of your own palm tree on one of the provided sun loungers and read a book. If you sit on the Ostterasse to the complex, find depending on the season in the summer, the children quickly friends to play and in the low season, there is one or the other neighbor with whom you can talk about excursions in the region. However, there is always the option to retire to the private garden.
Bedding and towels are included. The house is equipped with heating (fully programmable electric radiators in each room) and air conditioning hot / cold (throughout the house). In the open fireplace, a cassette is installed which is fired with gas. A wireless connection is available and included. The windows are equipped with fixed fly screens.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a community residential area in Els Poblets. Within walking distance of a supermarket, a bakery, newsagent, car rental and two restaurants. Also a German general practitioner and a German dental clinic are within walking distance. Nearby are also two other large supermarkets (Lidl and "mas y mas") within a few minutes drive. Denia is about 9 km away and is easily accessible by car, but also via a good bus or bike. There is a nice bike path, which originated from a disused railway line. In addition to swimming in the pool or in the sea, the weekly markets and clothing markets as well as a visit to the surrounding towns such as Denia, Javea and Calpe are among the attractions - and, depending on the season wonderful bike rides and hikes (the latter in the Montgó National Park). Dreamlike sandy beaches are in 2 km distance.

Els Poblets
Small winding lanes, low buildings and the scent of orange blossom. Els Poblets is an island of tranquility amid the tourist bustle of the Costa Blanca. Only a few kilometers north of Denia is this nice little town. His name goes back to the merger of three small villages. As excavations prove, the site was a very important settlement on the historic Via Augusta in Roman times. Take a leisurely stroll through the village and pass by the small church of Saint Joseph, San Jose and the Salvador Chapel with the image of the patron saint of Els Poblets. The importance of agriculture for the village is demonstrated by many farms and oil mills. Even today, olives, almonds and grapes are important crops. Along the coast are towers that testify to its once strategically important importance. In Els Poblets, Torre de Mirrarosa Tower guarded the town and the Girona River, which flows into the sea. Els Poblets is surrounded by large orange fields and undeveloped green areas. Unlike most of the other coastal towns, Els Poblets and the flat Marinas area are frequent bicyclists.

Via the motorway A7, exit 61 (Oliva) or exit 62 (Ondara) or via the national road 332, turn-off El Verger leads to Els Poblets.
Both Alicante Airport and Valencia Airport are approximately 100 km from Els Poblets.

Herbsturlaub
Im Allgemeinen eine nette Unterkunft.Sehr positiv war der Privatgarten mit dem schönen Blick auf den Monte Pego.Einige Punkte wären unserer Ansicht nach verbesserungswürdig :z.B wäre es gut,wenn im unteren Duschbad ein kleiner elektrischer Heisswasserbereiter am Waschbecken eingebaut wüde.Weiter wäre es schön,wenn es einen Couchtisch gäbe,damit die Möglichkeit besteht mal beim Fernsehen ein Glas oder Tasse abzustellen.Gut wäre sicher im Bad oben den Duschkopf gegen einen moderneren verstellbaren aus zu tauschen.Noch ein Vorschlag unsererseits:Teppich unterm Tisch und Küchenläufer aus hygienischen Gründen vielleicht entfernen.Diese Keinigkeiten würden das nette Domizil nochmals aufwerten.

Was wollten wir im Urlaub ?
Für uns war wichtig: Erholung, Besichtungen, Meer, Strand, gutes Essen, andere Mentalität kennen lernen usw. Das alles konnten wir geniesen und hatten den Komfort den wir von zu Hause gewohnt sind. Wir haben uns "sauwohl" gefühlt da das Haus noch den Charme der älteren spanische Bauweise verbreitet und nicht den Modetrend unterliegt. Wenn möglich möchten nochmals unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Formalitäten.

Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub
Das Haus und die Einrichtung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Meine Frau und ich waren sechs Wochen dort und haben in der Zeit wirklich nichts vermißt.
Im Hinterland gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern.

The best holiday home we had in Spain!
We had a wonderful beach and family holiday!
The house is very nicely built, large and clean. On the one hand, it offers a terrace with access to the communal pool, which is also very well maintained and large. In addition, you can retreat very well in your own garden with outdoor kitchen and barbecue facilities. The property management was always available and took care of everything quickly and very well on site. The car is indispensable for going to the beach or shopping. But this is also taken care of with a carport right at the entrance. The place is quiet, with a sandy beach and good hiking possibilities to beautiful viewpoints. In an information folder (in the holiday home) you will find numerous suggestions for things to do outside the village. I can only recommend it and would love to come back!

Comfort like at home
The house is comfortable and very nicely furnished. It is very quiet and has everything you need. If you love the sun, there is a terrace with sun, and if you prefer the shade, you will find it too!
You can do a lot on foot. The neighbours gave us great tips for excursions.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
