Our 'Apartment Helgoland' is a ground floor flat (approx. 100 sqm) for 8 persons.
A total of 3 bedrooms (4 beds, 2 beds and 2 beds) are available for our guests. In one of the twin rooms there is also a baby cot
A large kitchen offers plenty of space and seating. The large kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-plate cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and enough dishes. A large living room with TV and radio/CD is also available for our guests.
Furthermore, the flat has a spacious bathroom with shower/WC and 2 washbasins. There is also a separate toilet.
A fully equipped terrace is directly available in the garden. Parking spaces are located in front of the house.
The flat 'Helgoland' can be booked in combination with the flat 'Wangerooge' for 12 persons.

Our holiday complex and the coastal bathing resort of Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel has a lot to offer for all ages and in every season. Families with children will enjoy the many free activities as much as couples or pensioners who simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh North Sea air.
It is located directly in the centre of Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel. Restaurants and shopping facilities are all within walking distance.

The consumption costs are included. The visitor's tax is additional
Bed linen can be rented for 10,- Euro per person/stay if required. A towel package (1 bath towel and 2 towels) is available for 6,- Euro.
The minimum occupancy is one week in the high season (July/August), otherwise 3 nights
The visitor's tax is from 15.03. - 31.10. for persons from 16 years 2,80 Euro/night, for persons from 3-15 years 1,60 Euro/night. In the rest of the time half of the tax.

Cancellation terms:

In the case of cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, a one-time fee of €50 is charged, up to 14 days before arrival €100, after which 80% of the holiday home rental is due.

The Reethaus am Meer in Dornumersiel and the "Sturmfrei" play centre in Neßmersiel are particularly suitable for the youngest. Numerous activities are offered here, which you can use free of charge with your spa card (Nordsee-Service-Card). More information is available at:

In addition to the numerous free activities for our guests already mentioned, a mudflat hike is certainly an experience for the whole family. Walk from Neßmersiel along the coast to Dornumersiel or to the island of Baltrum and return by ferry. Such a hike offers a lot of information, which you will get from your mudflat guide. This is an unforgettable day for the whole family.

Furthermore, a visit to the Sonnentherme in Bensersiel (approx. 8 km), a subtropical bathing paradise, is worthwhile in the cold season.

The seal breeding station in Norddeich is also worth a visit.
