Our holiday home is fully and very comfortably furnished. The generously sized living/dining area with adjoining kitchen and the two bedrooms upstairs offer ample space for 4 people seeking relaxation. In the bright bathroom, the large shower is a major advantage. The parking space is directly at the house, which of course also has a large garden and a terrace with windbreak.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home of the Strandparel type is located in the Strandslag bungalow park, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the North Sea. In the well-maintained holiday park, vacationers have plenty of opportunities to be active: mini golf, table tennis, bowling, children's playground, basketball hoop, bicycle and go-kart rental, animal enclosure, etc. Julianadorp aan Zee is a cozy little place with a small town center and many shopping opportunities. It is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area – whether by bike or by car. The towns of Den Helder with the naval port and museum, the island of Texel, the beautiful city of Schagen with its folklore market in summer, Callantsoog, Bergen, Egmond aan Zee, and of course Alkmaar with the cheese market are all easy to reach. A trip to the IJsselmeer/Markermeer to Medemblik, Hoorn, or Volendam is always worthwhile as well.

Here is the translation to English: If cancellation occurs up to 6 weeks before the contractual start of the rental period, the deposit paid will be retained. If cancellation occurs up to the 20th day before the contractual start of the rental period, 50% of the total rent must be paid by the tenant. If cancellation occurs after the 20th day before the contractual start of the rental period, the full rental amount is due. We always strive to re-rent canceled periods. If this is only possible at a reduced price, the tenant must pay the difference. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
