A very cosy holiday home (DHH) with all comforts and direct dyke location. You live in one of the houses closest to the beach/harbour: Westerdeicher Str. 15a, 26553 Neßmersiel. The holiday home is located on a 1440 sqm plot with a south-facing terrace in a quiet residential street. It is a spacious, high-quality equipped, comfortable DHH for 2-6 persons. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers (non-smokers, no pets allowed).
The holiday home is in a prime location directly behind the dyke, only a few minutes' walk from the beach and harbour. Baker, kiosk and supermarket are also within walking distance.
Bicycles can be parked in the garden house, where you will also find garden furniture, a Bobby-Car and toys for our younger guests, as well as a handcart.

In Neßmersiel take the village road towards the ferry port Baltrum. Front of the hotel-restaurant "Ferry" at the end of the village turn left into Wester Deicher road. The Wester Deicher Str directly behind a dam. The street is quiet and not in a pure cottage area. Closer you can almost no longer reach the sea.

| A one-off service charge of €60 is payable on booking. The prices are valid for an occupancy of up to four persons. For each additional person there is an additional charge of € 5.00 per day. For stays of less than one week, the above rental prices increase by € 5.00 per day. Holiday from the beginning! If you wish, you can rent bed linen and towels from us. The beds will then already be made when you arrive! The cost per package (bed linen and sheets) is 9.50 €/person, per package (towel, shower towel, tea towel) 7.00 €/person. The visitor's tax is due all year round from 2010. It amounts to 2,60 € per day for adults and 1,50 € for children (3-15 years) in the period from - (high season), in the low season 1,30 € per day for adults and 0,75 € for children from 3-15 years. No visitor's tax is payable for younger children. |

Spa guests can use the spa houses in Dornum Dornumersiel. Also Baltrum and other East Frisian Islands are worth visiting, and in bad weather, the indoor amusement park "storm free" in Neßmersiel and offer "Thatched Cottage by the Sea" in Dornumersiel entertainment for young and old.
