That's how vacations are enjoyable.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. We spent a lot of time cycling and it felt like we passed by a lake every 3km. It was also very nice to swim in the lake every evening (2 minutes by bike). Thanks to the landlords as well, who always listened and took the time for a little chat about this and that.

ERHOLUNG PUR

Here the world is still in order. We spent a week on a fishing vacation with our 12-year-old son. There are enough lakes within walking distance. You could also rent a rowboat on site. The nature is stunning. We spent the entire day outdoors. The accommodation is very quiet in the middle of the woods. You can hear and observe many animals. The hosts are very loving and friendly.
We can only recommend this accommodation! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Pure nature and starting point for explorations.

An Eldorado in the middle of the forest. Relaxation, peace. Wonderful starting point for extensive forest hikes, with the option to explore nearby lakes. Mushroom picking, fishing. And (by car) to cultural (e.g. Rheinsberg Castle) and natural highlights (e.g. the Müritzsee). Everything spotlessly clean, the Rübensam family takes care of all concerns.

We will definitely come back.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

We had a great vacation here. There was a lot to see in the area, and lakes for swimming are not far away. You can explore a lot by bike. The nearest grocery store is not far. The vacation rental is clean and modern, and the landlords are very nice.

Idyll in abundance is indeed true

We really enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend the accommodation. Lovely peace in the middle of the forest, and the lakes with calm swimming options are easily accessible. The shopping options in nearby Kagar were extremely convenient. The landlords are very helpful, and we would love to come back.

Perfect for switching off and enjoying the tranquility.

Very clean and quiet location. Only a few minutes' walk to the lake and beach. We feel very comfortable there and will definitely come back.

Erholsame Woche

The complex consists of five bungalows, each with two holiday apartments, located at the end of the village of Kagar, practically in the forest, not far from the large Zermitten lake with a sunbathing lawn and swimming area, which is likely very popular in the summer. During our stay, the complex was not crowded, which I personally liked. We didn't miss anything in the apartment itself and everything was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedding was very cozy. The website offers a detailed description of the facility. The area is full of forests and lakes, ideal for fishing, hikers, cyclists, and mushroom pickers. It was a very relaxing week.

Hiking holiday with dog

Thanks to the quick response to our inquiry, we were able to book a short holiday in October at the holiday home complex with the Rübesamen family. Together with our dog, we spent 3 lovely days in a brightly and nicely renovated bungalow in the middle of the forest, surrounded by lovingly designed plant islands and in close proximity to the bathing lake with a large sunbathing lawn and volleyball field. Hikes and bike rides can start right at the doorstep. We thank the Rübesamen family for the friendly and uncomplicated care.

Holiday in the countryside - beautiful!

We were two (24&30 years old) including a dog staying here. Beautiful nature, surrounded by lakes and forests and absolute idyllic peace. The apartment is modern equipped with a kitchen and underfloor heating. We did not miss anything. The icing on the cake is the hospitality of Mr. Rübensam, who made everything possible for us at short notice with a smile on his face. From a last-minute boat tour to a cozy campfire for two. We can highly recommend this accommodation for nature lovers and will come back ourselves. LG

Tolle Ferienanlage

The holiday apartments are nicely furnished and the landlords are very friendly. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you. Very quiet location in the middle of a forest in close proximity to the bathing lake.

Very relaxed holiday. Even though there is a campsite next door, you can't hear anything except the pecking of a woodpecker.
The holiday home is well and functionally furnished. Everything is very clean. The landlords are very friendly and always approachable and accessible.
Our dog also felt very comfortable.
This accommodation can only be recommended for those seeking relaxation.

Toller Urlaub

Just left and would love to go back right away. We were welcomed very kindly. The landlord was always approachable without being intrusive. Very pleasant. The facilities were simple but very clean. The accommodation is in the middle of the forest, very quiet and idyllic. A bathing lake with a large sunbathing area is only a 5-minute walk away.
There are many leisure activities in the area, there is something for everyone. We would come on vacation here again and can highly recommend the holiday home complex at Kagarsee with a clear conscience. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Great, relaxing stay! Highly recommended!

We live in Hamburg and were looking for a bit of peace and nature - and found it. We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Fantastic location in the woods, lakes within walking distance, beautiful atmosphere in the resort, our own small terrace with a grill. We felt very comfortable, and the Rübensam family contributed a lot to that as well. We received help at all times, information about the area, and even support and assistance from Mr. Rübensam when our car wouldn't start for hours upon departure. From the first day until the end, a stay in which one can only feel comfortable. Thank you very much. We will come back!

Dreamy beautiful vacation

Relaxed and refreshing vacation

As an older couple, we were able to spend a wonderful vacation in the vacation home complex Kagarsee! We used this short vacation to simply do nothing, except for taking many walks in this beautiful area with lots of forests and lakes. Even our children, who don't like walking much, marched along without a fuss and enjoyed the fresh air. Even the dog was always completely exhausted at the end of the day :-)

Easter holiday

A small, very quiet holiday resort with newly renovated bungalows in the middle of the forest. Surrounded by several lakes, a swimming lake is within walking distance. The bungalows are lovingly furnished and each has its own terrace. We thank the Rübensam family for allowing us to spend the Easter weekend with them. The landlords are very nice and only concerned about the well-being of their guests. We can only recommend this small family-run holiday resort.

Peace and nature for humans and dogs

Open the terrace door and you're in the forest. Aside from Mr. Woodpecker and Mrs. Crane, we hardly encountered anyone on our walks. A paradise for my dog. Many thanks to the Rübensam family who dedicates themselves to the property with so much love. I felt immediately welcome and we lacked nothing. By the way, the WLAN was excellent! ;)

We had a great week here; the weather was great and still showed its best side here in this beautiful area.
The flat is very nicely and practically furnished and we felt very comfortable, whether inside or outside.
Unfortunately our dog passed away shortly before the holiday, but she would have been very comfortable here.

Arrive and feel at home!!!

We had wonderful - quiet and relaxing days although we were well on the way.
The tranquillity of the forest caresses the soul of both man and beast, the forest invites you to go for a walk and the nearby lake invites you to go swimming.
Our two dogs felt just as comfortable as their can openers.
The bread rolls in the morning at the kiosk are super tasty.
The couple Rübensam is very friendly and helpful
The flat is well thought out so that there is plenty of space and you don't have to sit on your skin.
In front of the house .... (I would like to go back) :-) simply beautiful, relaxing and cosy.
So .... we will definitely go there again.

Stress-free holiday

The apartment is in a beautiful, absolutely quiet forest location, only a few hundred metres from two lakes, a great location for canoeing on several lakes connected by canals, the landlord takes you to the landing stage and picks you up again at your final destination. If you like sightseeing, Rostock, Waren and Berlin are not too far away. Very nice landlords, recommendable! The flat has everything you need.

Beautiful bathing and hiking holiday with dog

Cozy apartment and superbly equipped.
Very friendly landlord!
The surroundings are paradise for those who love pure nature and swimming in clear and quiet lakes. Beautiful hiking trails and plenty of chanterelles!
The complex is located in the middle of the forest and it is quiet at night. The village of Kagar has a small convenience store with snacks, an "open church" with a book flea market, and a recommended pizza and cake bakery.

Hiking holiday with family and dog "Diego"

Very friendly, funny, and helpful landlords. The peaceful location and the new modern furnishings of the holiday apartments have replaced the homely atmosphere. Hiking with family and dog through forests, past many lakes, ensured good mood and very frequent cooling especially for "Diego". Excursions to Stuer (bear enclosure), Röbel, Klink, Rheinsberg, Boltenmühle, Hotel "Gutenmorgen" and "Fischerhütte" in Flecken-Zechlin were worth seeing and provided ample food and soul at fair prices.

An oasis of peace, rest, and relaxation

We were looking for a place of relaxation, peace, and recuperation. Here on the outskirts of Kagar, right in the forest, we found exactly that place. Far away from mass tourism and restlessness, without traffic noise, only the rustling of the wind in the treetops, the chirping of birds, and even hearing the raindrops were pure relaxation.
The bungalow is located in a spacious complex right next to a campsite, mainly used by permanent campers, who are hardly noticeable. The facility is also suitable for a longer stay and offers almost everything needed. We missed some storage options in the bathroom. The wardrobe in the bedroom is too small for up to 4 people who can stay in the bungalow, and real beds would be more appropriate instead of the two sofa beds. But it worked. We even had a fireplace, and with a basket full of wood, we could make it cozy and warm on the first cool evenings. Even outside the grounds, in the forests and at the many lakes in the area, it is rather tranquil. Even on extensive walks, we were often completely alone. The landlords have dogs themselves, so the dear pooches are welcome guests there. All in all, we give a definite recommendation. Many heartfelt thanks from us once again to the Rübensam family, who are lovingly working on further expanding the facility. We felt right at home with you.

Anyone who really wants to relax will get their money's worth here. Enjoy nature and take long walks with the dog. Just great.

Silvester in der Natur

We, 2 couples, celebrated our New Year's Eve in Kagar and had a pleasant time.

The holiday homes are in a very beautiful, peaceful location in the forest. Just what we were looking for. But there is also a sight in the nearby Rheinsberg Castle. The bungalows have been newly renovated and withstood the cold temperatures in winter very well. A fully functional kitchen including a microwave was also available.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can imagine coming back in the summer to enjoy the bathing lake.

Wunderschöner Natururlaub

We are thrilled!
