Enjoy the high-quality furnishings, the dreamlike view and the idyllic location directly on the Harle
The holiday flat is equipped for up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and can be reached via a staircase. From the living/dining room you can access the very large west-facing balcony and watch the hustle and bustle on and along the Harle. For example, the small paddle steamer Concordia II shuttles several times a day between the museum harbour in Carolinensiel and the marina in Harlesiel

The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with everything to make your holiday pleasant, including an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and enough crockery for 6 people
The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs and offers plenty of space

The living room is adjacent to the dining area. The sofa invites you to relax and look at the harbour or the 48" LCD TV. From here you have access to the balcony and the attic
- Bathroom
The attractive bathroom has a rain shower, a toilet, two washbasins and a towel dryer. There is also a Wi-Fi radio and a hairdryer
- Bedroom
The holiday flat has two separate bedrooms for two people each. These are equipped with a box spring bed (2.0 m x 1.8 m) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a 32" LCD television. Bedroom 1 also has a safe.

Here you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a hoover, a clothes horse and other small items.

In the loft, an XXL armchair for two adults invites you to linger or browse, because there are enough books. There are also a few DVDs and CDs

The new holiday flat is located directly on the Harle and offers a fantastic view of the sailing ships and paddle steamers. The museum harbour 200 m away invites you to linger. There are various cafes and restaurants here.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the rental costs will be refunded as follows: - 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival. - 50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation must be made in writing.

Dream flat
The flat is furnished with heart and soul. Simply a dream. The terrace to the flat with the great view is of course also a dream. We have now spent 3 weeks in this holiday flat and have felt so comfortable from the first minute. We will spend our next holiday there again. You don't want to leave any more. the service on site is also very good and very friendly. Once again, a big thank you to the Moormann family for this wonderful time.

Everything as it should be!
I stayed with my daughter in this beautiful holiday apartment for 10 days. The high-quality furnishings and small details (such as various pillow shapes to choose from) are great. We really enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back.

We have spent our summer vacation in this wonderful apartment for the third time. It was again an absolutely successful holiday. The large balcony with the beautiful view is truly a dream. Nice service on site and very courteous landlords!

Great Easter week
Dear Moormann family,
the terrace of your holiday apartment "Harlezauber" is simply a dream! It is the highlight of this apartment! We also really liked the high-quality furnishings and the robbers' cave for the children - fantastic! And since the weather was on our side - pure sunshine - we once again spent a great week in "our" Carolinensiel!
