The light and airy living space comes complete with large windows, comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings at home.
The well-equipped modern kitchen features a social breakfast bar and conveniently leads into the dining space where you’ll find an attractive wooden table for group meals.
The bedrooms
The 5 bedrooms are beautifully decorated in a soft color palette with modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The charming attic rooms also boast white wood paneling on the ceiling. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the groundfloor.
There are 4 toilets and 3 modern bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub.
The garden
The large garden space is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, outdoor dining and relaxing with your group both day and night.
There’s everything you need, including a shaded dining area, sun loungers and a small pool for when you need to cool down.

You can rent Bed sheets (EUR 9,50 ) and towels (EUR 6,- )from us, or take this with you. The sizes of the boxspring beds are 90x200 cm and duvets are 140x200 cm |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

In the garden is a wood burner for nice summer and winter evenings! Also there is a Weber BBQ to grill perfect meals.
There are 5 bicycles which our guests can use free of charge.
Dogs are welcome but please let us know when making your reservation. Extra costs EUR 2,50 extra per day.

Wonderful
They were wonderful February days in this incomparable house. It is even more beautiful in reality than can be seen in the photos. The equipment is great, everything is clean and tasteful. In addition, the incomparable location on the edge of the forest and close to the sea. The communication with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.

House to feel good in
We wanted to spend our vacation at the North Sea at short notice. Just let our souls dangle and relax. And that's exactly what we experienced at the DUINHUIS. The house had everything we needed to relax. Perfect location (10 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by bike to the sea, easily accessible shopping facilities, central location for bike tours), an all-round carefree equipment and is lovingly and high-quality furnished. We were three, but next time we will definitely have a small family gathering there, as there is enough space (bedrooms & bathrooms) available. The large kitchen and spacious living room also speak for themselves. All in all, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. A stroke of luck for us :-)
