We offer our guests 2 holiday homes, each with around 70 m² of living space for 4 people.
Our non-smoking houses are equipped with a living room with adjoining open kitchen and dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The houses are equipped with modern heating systems, so that they can be used all year round
Car parking spaces are available free of charge in the immediate vicinity. Further details can also be found on our website "dat-darsshus"

"Dat Darßhus" is located in the quiet and idyllically situated holiday home settlement 'Claus Störtebeker' in the small village of Pruchten on the Bodstedt Bodden. Pruchten is a fishing village between Zingst and Barth
The central location south of Fischland-Darß-Zingst offers many opportunities for recreation, sports as well as hobbies and is an ideal starting point for many eventful excursions

In Pruchten you will find a bakery, fishmonger, inn, ice cream shop and sports ground as well as a bicycle rental, riding stables, camping site with playground and restaurant
You can reach the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula from the mainland via the Meiningen Bridge. You can reach the Baltic Sea beaches of Zingst and Prerow on well-maintained cycle paths or by car.

For the low season, we charge a heating/electricity flat rate of € 2.30 per day.
The rental price includes the provision of a linen package (bed linen and towels). If this is not required, the price is reduced by € 10.00 per person.
From 01.01.2022 a visitor's tax of 2€ per person and night is due.

Stylish, comfortable vacation house!

Fully equipped holiday home, in a dreamy idyllic location for those who want to switch off, all activities reachable by car or bike on short distances. We had a truly wonderful week in this house and in the region. And we would love to spend our vacation in this house again anytime. Best regards, the Claus family.
